I ordered two days in a row. Day one everything was perfect. Day two, I ordered online expecting to come inside and get my order. It wasn’t even known that there was an order. Waited 20 mins to get three sandwiches made. None of them were cut. They were all supposed to be warmed. They were cold as ice. Not sure what the difference between the days were but highly disappointed
Absolutely wild that I waited 45 minutes for a pre-paid pick-up order. I watched people who walked in after me enter the walk-in line and get taken care of far earlier than I did. And I get that half the people working are temps but why did I pay online and pick a time slot to wait 45 minutes? And how many people ahead of me didn't even get the size ham they ordered because they were out? Was there any benefit to ordering and paying ahead of time? This occurred from 1:15pm to 2pm on 12/23 for reference. My pick-up slot was scheduled for 1-2.

This Honey Baked Ham is a chain store that sells meats such as hams and turkeys, meals such as sandwich boxes, sides such as baked beans and potato salad, and desserts such as cheesecake and pumpkin pie.
For many years, I have purchased foods from this store. The employees’ service has been timely and courteous. Their ham is my all-time favorite. I also really like their turkey, cheesy macaroni, green-bean casserole, and potatoes au gratin. The loaded smashed potatoes tasted good but had very hard rather than gooey cheese.

Went in to pick up ham for Easter. A car had just driven through the front glass, so the store was a bit of a mess, obviously. Service was still on point, and although there were some annoying customers that made the wait way longer than it should have been. The staff was great.

Delicious but you pay for it.
Listen to me, honeybaked ham company sandwiches are the best ham sandwiches in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania period. They are hands-down, the the most freshly made sandwiches I’ve ever had the customer service always elite. Every time I go??

I preordered a ham for pick up in November for a planned holiday dinner. When I arrived 12/15/23 there was no record of my order so I had to take a ham available larger than my original order. The ham itself was delicious though. Good except for having to take what was available more than I originally ordered.

Always delicious, many different packages available & their sandwiches are filling and delicious. Will definitely plan another holiday with Honey Baked Ham Company
Parking: Plenty of free parking
Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicap parking but the lot itself sits on a steep grade which may make for difficulty to those in a wheelchair. Would most definitely recommend having a helping hand or two to accompany

Nice location with very friendly workers. The ham for Easter dinner was amazing! Will definitely be back.
They were helpful on a walk-in order.
