Ordered delivery from here. Taste of the food was pretty good, however they completely messed the order up. Ordered fried rice with chicken, got noodles instead (not a huge deal tho). Paid $4 for chicken and received less than an ounce of chicken, basically 5 nickel sized pieces and one quarter sized piece. Missing two mix ins (out of 3) and the mix in they actually got was bell peppers, I should say one 1/4 inch thick slice of a bell pepper cut into 6 pieces. Also paid $1 for crispy chilli, and it was less than half the size of my pinky fingernail.Good food, but it wasn’t at all worth what I paid, if they changed the amount you get for the price, I would change to a 5 star. Spicy garlic and garlic butter sauces were great.

Was dining in and it took 45 minutes to get a Cobb salad. Turns out it's a pattern. Skip the place if you're trying to order in person.

I didn't know this place existed before I came here with my friend and to be honest I thought it was a salad place from the name but their noodle dishes are actually so good! There are screens at the front that you go up and order at and you can choose one of their premade bowls or design your own and they don't take very long to make. I was very pleasantly surprised and the food turned out great. I think the prices were pretty average which was good.

I can't believe that I waited for 30 minutes for my yogurt while two of the workers were on their personal phones talking to people. the two line cooks were just standing there waiting for something. The cashier was extremely rude and sassy towards waiting customers.poor service.

Food is great. The problem is that every time I order from here the quantity of food in the box gets lower and lower.

Felt like a bis station and waited 30 minutes at 8 oclock at night for a fruit cup while 4 employees watched the manager make the food and one guy

Bad experience. Food was generally poor. Rice undercooked. Place was empty and carry out orders were prioritized. Even the sink in the bathroom was barely functional and the soda machine was

This is one of my go-to places to order from when I need a quick but also healthy meal! I love that they have so many create your own (CYO) options for salads, noodles, and also the honeybar. I feel like honeybar is so underrated but it deserves more hype bc it's probably my favorite part about honeygrow. Yogurt and honey and delicious toppings like streusel crumble and granola and fruit and possibly a BROWNIE? Say less. I've tried a bunch of things on their set menu, but I honestly prefer just creating my own salad. They have lots of great ingredient options and they always taste fresh. Haven't actually dined in so can't comment on the service or ambiance here, but delivery orders have been pretty consistent! They've never messed up my order and they always provide plenty of napkins and package everything up nicely.

I got a create your own salad. My food was missing 3 items! I can see if 1 item was missing BUT 3?! Then when I brought it the staffs attention, nobody seemed to give a care about it, nor did anyone Apologize. This place OFTEN misses items in your food. You MUST check or you'll get home and be pissed!

I've been to Honeygrows in Philadelphia & the customer service is usually lacking, but I want to give a shout out to Jaden at this location in Pittsburgh. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a big smile and "Welcome to Honeygrow" by Jaden. I then noticed a new sauce I hadn't seen before on the menu & asked him if it was new. He was very kind & helpful despite him making orders simultaneously. The food is always good here. Love the fresh healthy options!

Absolutely terrible. I don’t even want the owner to message me after this. This place is a joke. Over priced, over cooked, incredibly rude stuff. Slow service. Food took well over 45 minutes to be prepared? Does that not sound crazy? Close your store or fire your staff and get a better business plan. Do not go here. Not worth it at all! You can get better food from sheetz. Garbage

I started coming to this location last year in "22" and the food/service was great. Now both went down hill and is now overrated. Especially the service. The workers are a bunch of kids who have no sense of urgency when it comes to serving the public. I see them standing around trying to look busy but really doing nothing, as if they have nothing to do. It be real busy with to go orders. If it's so busy, you would think people would be moving around non stop. This goes for the manager too. She's just as bad as the young workers. As slow as a snail.. The portions of food is slim. The to go box should be full, not below the line.

Everything here is delicious! The staff are very friendly and helpful. When we asked questions about how spicy things were, they gave us samples of the sauce to try and then checked on us during our meal to make sure it was to our liking!
