2nd time ordering delivery but it will be the last. The Mongolian beef and amazing chicken were quite old. Possibly left over from the previous business day and certainly microwaved. They looked like I had pulled them from my fridge after a few days. The breading on the chicken was soggy even though there was nearly no sauce on the dish. The chicken was not fresh, fried or crispy. The vegetables in both dishes were sad and soggy too.
When I called about the food quality, I spoke with the owner. Initially, I had just wanted a refund on the chicken and would've accepted a delivery of fresh amazing chicken... but he was so argumentative that I requested a refund on the entire order. He wanted to send his driver to pick up the food before giving me a refund...like dude I just wanted hot, sorta delicious food as advertised on the menu. Fresh fried made to order chicken. I'm not trying to get something for free. So sad.
Between the lack of integrity of a restaurant serving such old food, and the lack of service I received I'm honestly baffled. Maybe it was a good restaurant at one time....

Delicious food fast delivery
I've ordered from Hong Kong Taste for years now, and have never had a bad experience. Everything has always been fresh, hot, and crispy when applicable. It's a tiny place with one table. Eating in is an option, but most will just take out. Staff is friendly, and there are menu items here that I find myself craving throughout the week.
Waited over an hour for my food and the food was terrible. I've eaten here many times over the years and very much enjoyed it but never again.
The tofu was very chewy and overall food was very bland. Maybe it has been reheated multiple times. The portion size was pretty good. However had to throw the food away after taking a few bites.

Classic comfort American-style Chinese food. We did a take out of crab rangoon (10 out of 10), beef with hunan spicy sauce (9 out of 10), and orange chicken (7.5 out of 10). Great service, generous portion, and so worth it for the price!
