Hook Fish & Chicken - Homewood

Food was okay fries were a bit hard and my fish was skimpy for the price. Overall not worth the price I paid. I also ordered online when I went in the prices are cheaper but I wasn’t given a price change. Picture includes what I paid plus I paid for catfish nuggets and didn’t get them.

Ordering wings and shrimp took more than 10 minutes. A customer was showing his telephone to the clerk asking him to enter the numbers. The clerk appeared to stay confused. I watched the cook batter 2 baskets of wings as my food sat in the basket. Turns out I received cold wings and cold shrimp. Never will I ever visit again

There is a term that says..." you only get one chance to make a good impression?" CLEARLY this hook and fish fell WELL short on the impression... not only was my online order ( which i entered in 1 hour before the pick up time was not complete, the person at the counter said 10 minutes … But after TWENTY minutes, and after receiving my order....the Fish and Chicken which I ordered had NO seasoning for taste, no Coleslaw in the Tray, no utensils or condiments in the bag and multiple feathers on the wingtips of the chicken and Multiple Bones and SCALES on the fish(whiting)…. for the price I paid, this was DEFINITELY not up to standard compared to other "Hook fish & Chicken" I have been to and ordered from before...this location leaves a lot to be desired and more over a Possible potential customer in me you surely have lost...

There prices keep changing every week. 10.00 for 3wings and a side of free fries is crazy . I was going to order chicken 100 on pieces for my sons party in a couple weeks and I been checking the prices to make sure it stays the same first price for the 100pieces was priced 55.00 now for the 100 pieces the price 180 bull shit keep call chicken I won't need them.

To much salt..when asked for a little more seasoned please...it looked it was given in anger so much that my chicken was turned white from so much salt and over cooked and dry/tuff...I was not happy at all with my $28.00 meal

Some of the best fish I had other than my mother's. She makes the best fish but this place is second. I been going to this place for years

Make sure you get the special seasoning it's free and he will put on as much as you like.

This is Fish and Chicken not Hook Fish and Chicken . If you don't want Fish or Chicken, they also have Hamburgers and Gyros as well as Shrimp plus more!
