I ordered from here on UberEats and apparently my order got stolen. I waited 40+minutes just for the store to be unwilling to remake my food and canceling my order. Terrible service, do better.

Great chicken, no better tenders in the city, service was terrible but that’s expected, I’m there for the chicken not the conversation. Only real complaint I have is there was no bread in my box, it’s such a simple thing to add and was REALLY missed, it soaks up all the grease and gets real taste so I’m sad I didn’t get a slice of it today

My friend brought me chicken from here and OMG! Best I've ever had. It was SOOOO juicy, wing tips on, incredible flavor. Crunchy as could be. Ill try the fish next time, and I'll need to restock on little seasoning cups because I left my Hook's seasoning in my ex's cabinet when I left 😂❤️

I never salt my food after is cooked. It was very disappointing to open my food and see the massive amount of seasoning salt on my food. We couldn't eat the top layer of fries. They even salted my fried mushrooms!! The food that wasn't covered in salt was very good, very tasty.

My Brother was at Allegheny General , and we were waiting , and came across this place!!! What an unexpected surprise. I had food from this place Years ago, but we dont live near. Got a bunch of food to take home !!! Fish and tenders, and shrimp ..... a box was missing , and we live almost an hour away . 😫😩
But I do think that a trip back here Will be in our future !!! Food was delish , even in the car at 11 pm !!! 😋 😆😆😆

This location is still pretty decent, though it used to be much better. Over the past year or two, I’ve noticed a change in the quality of the chicken and fish—they're not quite as flavorful as they used to be. That said, it’s still a solid spot if you're craving wings or fish and want something quick.

The restaurant is clean, and one thing I appreciate is being able to watch them prepare the food through the glass—it shows a level of transparency and care in food handling.

This place has gotten ghetto over the years. The African cashier is always goofing around and not taking orders timely or professionally. Sometimes he don’t even answer the phone, he’ll sit there and watch it ring. Most times the fries are cold. Better off going to Wingstop!

I recently ordered chicken fried from this place in door dash , and unfortunately, I found a hair in the food. It was really disappointing and made me lose my appetite. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but food hygiene is a basic expectation, and this definitely needs to be addressed. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures better quality control in the future.

Unfortunately ended up at AGH for a few days. Hospital food is obviously gross, so my wife walked down and grabbed us some wings and fries. Everything was absolutely delicious. Would recommend and will def be back!
