We eat at Houlihan's often, and are usually happy with everything.. This time, we had a party of 5. We were sat at the first round table when you walk in to the restaurant. It was loud and very out in the open. We were told by our waiter that the kitchen was very busy and we waited awhile for our appetizer. (there were several empty tables around us). Then, when he brought our meals out the food was average at best. The tuscan bean salad was prepared differently than usual...

I met a few friends out to catch up & relax & everything about our night was fantastic. The food is great, service was wonderful & price was good too. We'll definitely go back!

Had a reservation for 6 PM. We arrived around 5:50 and were seated immediately. Our server promptly took our order and brought our beverages. The prompt service ended there. The kitchen was “backed up” and as result, we waited about 40imutes for our food. Our waiter was very apologetic and filled our drinks 3 times. He even brought us a complimentary basket of chips and salsa to tide us over. This wait was no fault of our waiter at all.
