Amazing experience with Samantha! We had a gnocchi experience. She made everything very simple, very delicious and made us feel very comfortable. She made us feel at ease asking as many questions as we wanted. The overall experience was a 10/10. I would recommend over and over again!
Excellent class. Sam showed us knife skills, flexible recipes, and the food we made was exceptional. We had the ceviche, skirt steak, avocado relish, a roasted red pepper sauce, and a very easy bread pudding.
My wife and I had an incredible experience taking the “Gnocchi from Northern Italy” class! Making gnocchi from scratch was such fun, and Chef Samantha was absolutely fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel, extremely, comfortable. We learned a lot and feel confident we can make delicious gnocchi in our kitchen for when we have guests for dinner. Also, the Caesar Salad was easy to make and, absolutely, delicious.
