My friend and I took the French cooking class. Chef Samantha was amazing, fun and inspiring. She made everything so simple for us to follow, but the dishes were unbelievably delicious & layered with flavor. Really really fun and educational experience!
Amazing experience with Samantha! We had a gnocchi experience. She made everything very simple, very delicious and made us feel very comfortable. She made us feel at ease asking as many questions as we wanted. The overall experience was a 10/10. I would recommend over and over again!
Excellent class. Sam showed us knife skills, flexible recipes, and the food we made was exceptional. We had the ceviche, skirt steak, avocado relish, a roasted red pepper sauce, and a very easy bread pudding.
