Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse

This restaurant manages to combine elegance and fine dining with a comfortable atmosphere. Staff is very professional while also being very friendly. We enjoyed crab cakes and fillets which were superbly prepared. Our eighteen year old grandson who accompanied us loved the experience. Hyde Park is truly a fining dining experience to savor and enjoy.

Josh and Augustine were fabulous! They were attentive and helpful. Our drinks were superb, and our burgers were delish. I think that burger is the best in Pittsburgh! Kenny was super kind to us too.

We always enjoy our time at Hyde Park. My daughter and son in law took my husband and myself for a beautiful birthday dinner 🎂. Ken and the staff were fantastic!!

Husbands meal was over cooked and cold when served. Sauce he ordered was omitted. Food took a long time to arrive. Very disappointed as we were hoping for something special to celebrate our anniversary.

The people working here are always professional, personable, and attentive. Service is great. Drinks are always good. Food is on point. The valet service is so convenient on the North Shore. We enjoy coming here. One of our favorite spots!

My husband loves to get filet mignon and he said it was the best one he ever had. The lobster bisque was amazing, it had so much lobster in it. The crab cake was done to perfection. Cindy, our waitress was very attentive.

The meal I had at Hyde Park is one of the best meals I have every had. It just wasn't the food it was the atmosphere and the attentive servers.

Place is amazing inside. Waitress was less than good. We were there for 2 hours for food. She charged a completely incorrect bottle of wine to us, more than double the amount we wanted. And they didn't do anything about it. Then the waitress was overheard talking about us to a staff member. We will not be back. You lost our party of 10!

An awesome dinner for my birthday. Service was outstanding. The meal was excellent. Daughter and I had the petit filet mignon and loved it. Steaks were cooked to perfect temp. Husband and other daughter had the crab cake. Delicious and topped with even more crab! Son and daughter's boyfriend had the salmon. They loved it. My birthday coincided with Pittsburgh restaurant week so we had the RW menu mostly. Starters and entrees are excellent, and the up charge for a different entree was worth it for my hungry 21 year old son. Small concerns - the noise. It was very loud, but also very crowded on a Thursday. Also the ‘flourless' chocolate cake was the restaurant week choice for dessert - again- this year. It's delicious, but so rich. No one (not even the 21 year old son: aka garbage disposal) could finish it. There is nothing to cut the super sweet cake, and it came frozen. I don't think the frozen was intended. Really a wonderful dinner and super thoughtful service. Thank you Hyde Park!!

Another wonderful evening with great service and food. I never came here during restaurant week before and I was concerned it would be a lessor experience but it was lovely, as always.

We were at Hyde Park, for Restaurant Week. Everything was wonderful! Filet was outstanding, along with the service.

We came with a group of 26 people from our community. We were all impressed with the courtesy of the staff, the excellent service that the staff provided and most importantly the food. We all agreed we will be going back. A special thank you to the General Manager, Ken, who went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure that we were all seated at the same time and our tables were in close proximity. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.
