My boyfriend and I came in earlier today and the host at the counter asked for the number of people grabbed menus and walked away without saying anything else to us and was additionally talking on the phone. Someone else had to come seat us. Our waitress on the other hand was very nice and provided good service. The main reason for the 1 star review is a couple hours after eating here my boyfriend got very sick and has been vomiting with diarrhea all night.

Everytime I come in, I have a pick up order that was ordered 30mins+ prior. I come in and there's no one at the front. Only after waiting 10-20 mins does a person come out and ask if I need a table. Why put an estimated ASAP time on online orders if it's not going to be available around the time? It baffles me. The food is mediocre at best. I don't get how this is a 24 hour establishment if the service is like this.

The service was so bad ! We were standing there for 15 minutes … nobody addressed us I had to go look for the employees they had nothing but attitudes , she threw the menus on the table and walked away … they rushed us , chardae was very rude and ignorant no hi hello how are you doing … just EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL , didn’t wanna spend my money in this rude establishment I get better customer service at a McDonald’s … they gave them a warning about our table and we heard them talking about us … She rushed us for our drinks just rude. DO BETTER

First thing I got skipped while being seated. Then I waited for 45 minutes for my breakfast which was made wrong. They brought me a new breakfast which was still wrong. The server said the GM was coming over to speak to me about my experience, they never came. If there was a negative star rating I would give a -3 stars
Everytime I get food from here something is wrong with my food. My omelette has been runny, missing ingredients, thrown together and my pancakes are never the ones I order it's very annoying like ok I got refunded but I'm hungry I want my food that I ordered. I continue to give the benefit of the doubt because when it's right it's so good but at this point I've been consistently let down might have to find a new breakfast spot

Really disappointed. I ordered almost $70 worth of food for my family. There was so much wrong with this order. All the food was present except the sauce for my daughter’s appetizer sampler. Every bit of the food was cold except the milkshakes which were melted. I asked for some of the cheese filling that goes in the crepes and said I would pay for it. I was given a little dab in a cup. The worst part though was that my son’s eggs literally tasted like sweat!!!! It was DISGUSTING!!!! We all pretty much lost our appetite and I won’t be ordering anything from them again.
