Jordan our server was fantastic! David the manager... phenomenal and super helpful! I accidentally left my purse and drove 3 hours home. David secured my purse in their safe and held it until I could make arrangements to get it picked up. Im happy to say all items were returned, even the $250 in cash! Very honest staff. Had breakfast here. Plenty of parking, festive holiday decorations, Hostess greeted us warmly and we were seated immediately. Our waiter, Jordan, was friendly and energetic. Very professional. My chicken fajita omelette was delicious (not really spicy at all) and the side salsa was great. I also had a fruit cup on the side. My husband had a Waffle Combo with ham and eggs. He enjoyed it. Atmosphere was nice and welcoming with music playing softly in the background.

We ate at this IHOP this morning with our son before we drove back to MI. Our waitress was named Mia and was the nicest most efficient waitresses we have ever had anywhere for that matter. Her smile was genuine and the food was good and just the right temperature. Will definitely go back next time we are in town. Would love to have Mia wait on our table again. The young lady understands what customer service means. Give her a raise!

I’m actually surprised by how many bad reviews, I almost did go because of how bad they were but so glad I did . As a New Yorker I grew up on ihop so was excited to see one in Pittsburgh for after a night event . Atmosphere was great , staff was happy and attentive . Mia our waitress was absolutely the best !!!!! Even though we were there after 10pm she had cook staff fix something from the regular menu that I was dying to try . Food came out perfect !!!! Will definitely be back
