Tables weren't clean, floor wasn't clean. There was 1 other table of people there and my pancakes still came out stiff and dry. Almost everytime I go there, there's a lacking in customer service and quality of food . They've struggled with workers for at least 10yrs now. It can't be the International House Of Pancakes if you can't produce fluffy hot pancakes. Very disappointed . This must be the sign to stop wasting my money or they need to shut down and start over with new mgmt/workers.

Never order food from doordash/uber through this restaurant they take at least an hour to get your food delivered my driver waited there for 35 mins they wasted both our times

Did a uber pick up they were extremely fast the order was ready when I got there both orders! And the staff was extremely friendly
Overall impressed came here late night around 1am and the crew was amazing so shout out to them! The food was fresh and the service was great. Very clean atmosphere. Again shout out to the overnight crew! We will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I came in earlier today and the host at the counter asked for the number of people grabbed menus and walked away without saying anything else to us and was additionally talking on the phone. Someone else had to come seat us. Our waitress on the other hand was very nice and provided good service. The main reason for the 1 star review is a couple hours after eating here my boyfriend got very sick and has been vomiting with diarrhea all night.

Everytime I come in, I have a pick up order that was ordered 30mins+ prior. I come in and there's no one at the front. Only after waiting 10-20 mins does a person come out and ask if I need a table. Why put an estimated ASAP time on online orders if it's not going to be available around the time? It baffles me. The food is mediocre at best. I don't get how this is a 24 hour establishment if the service is like this.
