So, Food Cheap is what you want? Go here. Really that's the only draw this place has. It takes an eternity to get your food, there are no condiments on the tables and your server is nonexistent unless they are bringing you your food. We waited over an hour for pancakes eggs and sausage. No bueno. Happy eating, just not here.

Giving this restaurant 3 stars based on the staff. The host was very friendly, and our waitress was as attentive as she could be. It was very understaffed but those working tried their best. Food was just okay.

This was a busy restaurant that was short-staffed. We were greeted by a very enthusiastic employee (which I could remember his name!) who quickly found us a seat. The lone waitress - Tasha T - had quite a few tables, but did her absolute best and kept a smile on her face. The food was great! I can't fault the server or the business for the predicament we all find ourselves in nowadays. Great job under trying circumstances. We appreciated your positive attitude!

Early Sunday Morning I entered this IHOP location and pleasantly greeted by an amazing and warm friendly as well loving his a Vet named Mr. John ??? was seated immediately by Mr. John and my waitress was also very pleasant and perfect customer friendly customer service a lovely and kind young lady her name is Kelly ?. My order wasn't as I ordered and Kelly brought it to the attention of the manager, I was greatest by the manager she's an amazing person and handling my complaint was super easy and 100% satisfying NOT only I was given the choice to reorder the same order or select whatever it is that I have the taste for on the ?. Just an awesome experience,. Today is a beautiful day to start oh I forgotten to mention that when I received my new order it was mind blowing delicious. I want to say thank you to the chef, the BOH staff and the front of the house you rock, to the management team thank you greatly. I'm definitely returning have a blessed one IHOP Fam.

Another restaurant suffering from staff shortages. Had to wait half an hour to get a table, even though more than half the tables were empty. Not enough servers and they had to bring in the district manager to cook. When our food finally came, my eggs and pancakes were good. However, the wife's chicken fingers were overcooked and dry.

First time here. Tried to be open minded but... Waited 35+minutes for our order. Had to ask for condiments and s+p. Food was COLD, the only thing that was hot was the coffee. Eggs were way under cooked. Half of the bacon strips were cooked other half raw. Pancakes were over cooked served with rock hard butter and cold syrup. Tried to get the attention of our waitress to no avail. Because we waited so long for our food and couldn't get anyones attention, we ate what we could. As we were finishing the waitress came by and said is everything ok?( Fine time to ask!) I replied with asking for the check. She brought it to us saying I'll take that when your ready. Never came back. We put our money on the table and left. Yes, we tipped. Usually leaving a 20% tip but this time 15%.I don't think she deserved a tip but I just can't do that. Don't think we'll be back.

Very disappointing. Over the past few years IHOP has went down hill. This particular place had broken booths and it was very dirty. It was so cold inside that a gentleman asked if they were hanging meat in there. The waitress never refilled my drink and my husbands coffee was luke warm. It will be sometime before I return to an IHOP.

Devin is a great guy and a good server. The cook messed up my order and made it wrong and my son's hot meal was served cold. The majority of the tables were dirty. They were way understaffed and overwhelmed.
Just delightful...food great, pancakes fluffy and Brooke was the best, friendliest server. John at the door was funny and sweet.

Food ok, my toast was delivered without butter or jelly the waitress did not come back to ask if wanted refill on drink and it took 30 minutes to get our food, they're not very busy at all, and forgot my husband's hash browns... won't be returning to this IHOP for sure!!!

Food is decent. The service is good. The only problem we had is they only had 1 cook working, so the wait time for the food was longer than usual, but not terrible.

This was a horrible experience.Things they didn't have included:Straws(not a huge deal)Splenda (which she didn't tell us until after we asked cause she just brought out that pink stuff instead which is nasty)Mayonnaise for my grams BLTOnion RingsMy sister's Spicy beef bowl wasn't SPICY and her French toast needed to be sent back because it was underdone.We also had to continuously ask for drink refills even though it wasn't busy at all there only being three tables of people (with no more than 2 people a table) there

These people can’t get anything right. Just placed an $82 order through Grubhub and the only thing they got right was the side order of bacon. Half the items were missing and when I called the manager couldn’t have been more annoyed even though I was as kind as could be on the phone. In the same breath, it’s IHOP, where no one who works there gives a sh*t anyway.
