Came in and stood there for 15 min. No greeter, no server. Multiple employees walked past, and no one wanted to seat us or even say a word. Decided to just walk out since we were ignored. Asinine. This place has been downhill for quite some time now. Not going back.

Save your time. Waited here for 40 minutes on a very calm Sunday night and didn’t even get to place my order. But hey, at least the staff can sit at the front desk and talk the whole time no problem! The tables were also sticky and nasty. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Complete dump. Will never return.

Deitra S was our server and was so genuinely nice and welcoming. Honestly we had had a rough day and we're just looking to just sit and relax for about a half hour and munch on something and she was just so comforting. She's an excellent waitress but she's aneven better person. I hope she receives the kudos she deserves. She will definitely be the main reason I recommend IHOP for a nice relaxing meal. My son very much enjoys his vegetarian egg-white omelet as well. Thank you , Deitra. You are a breath of fresh air today when we really needed it.

Places to go order on my way home from work. Time was 3:20 a.m. when I arrived. Use their website to let them know that I had arrived only to find the doors locked to the entrance and nobody responding to the front door or the back door. Wasted time Fuel and the money on this order and the only other place that's open 24 hours like this is 20 miles away. Can't call them until after 6:00 a.m. because they turn their phones off. Would highly recommend never visiting this establishment ocernight because chances are you're going to waste your time like I had to tonight.

Late night they have little to no staff no one answers the phone. I was hung up on. Management has to be the worst at this location. There was no one at the front desk to greet or seat people when i arrived. Its always like this too. I dont recommend this ihop during the night they have huge staffing issues
