I'm giving this such a low score to hopefully wake the management up. Went there on a Friday night after a show at PPG Arena. There was ONE guy doing EVERYTHING. Dude hustled like no other, took care of us and several other tables all on how own. It took longer than originally expected, but was surprisingly fast for one guy doing it all.

Management: Your store needs a good deep clean, and you need to fix your AC, it should not be so cold condensation is dripping from the vents. You also need to have AT LEAST 2 people working overnights for safety. Our waiter was the only good part of this experience.

Came in at 5:00 am after work. The gentleman working seem under the influence. Going to our table the dinning area was a mess with dirty tables and dishes. Another table of two gentleman sitting there as we sat down. About 5 minutes later he comes out and says I cannot serve you tonight, I'm too sick. This is very unprofessional considering this is the only sit-down establishment open at this hour. Plus IHOP advertise 24dine in. Never returning back.

Frankly IHOP is over priced and the only place I know that charges full price for children's drinks that don't come with the meal. My husband's meal came out way before anyone else's and my oldest daughter's food came out last. Would not recommend this

This was the worst experience that I have had yet. This is also the first and last time I will ever visit this location. It took 30 minutes to get our order placed with our waitress. The family beside us decided to get up and leave before they even got their drinks ordered. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes to get our food just for the eggs to be undercooked. The waitress was nowhere to be found most of the time.

We left 15% tips, but the server charged us 20%. It was my first time ever had this kind of thing in my life. It was totally fine if it’s a typo or human error like keying 70 instead of 7.00 usd. But the amount is totally different.
