I stood in there for 10 minutes before i even got asked to follow for a seat there was only one table in there when i got in there. Then after i got seated they started serving people that got in there after us. We were sitting there for 30 minutes never even got asked what i wanted to drink so we left

I ordered a meal and chose curbside pickup, they asked what kind of car I had, said to park in the pickup area, I got there early, told them on the app I was there and waited in my car for them to bring the food out (curbside)…after 20 minutes I went in to see what the problem was, my food was just sitting there and they told me I had to come in and get the food. I told them they need to change their app, to reflect the fact that they don’t do curbside anymore.

Not enough staff. We were waiting to be seated for almost 25 minutes even though the restaurant was empty. Also the waitress was so unwelcoming, arrogant, rude and unresponsive. We asked for hot coffee and she gave us a little warm coffee after 15 minutes. We asked for a to go box and we got it with extreme bad expressions. It was so bad experience in IHOP.

We were seated for 45 minutes before someone even came and asked for drinks, there were maybe 15 other patrons in the restaurant with 5 servers running around like it was their first day. And you wonder why places like this are failing.

We walked in @9:35, the waitress said, "have a seat but we both just clocked out & the next server comes on at 10:00". Oh sure I'll wait for the next server then. Funny part is both waitresses didn't leave until 10:30. They both sat in a booth and did nothing. @10:17pm, to order food I to had to get creative. We ordered food online and marked it for pickup. Then the manager came out and asked if we put an online order in for food. Yes, because no body wanted to take our order. He said nothing. Probably because he hadn't been out on the floor in a while to realize his two waitresses weren't actually serving customers!Even though the two waitresses refused to take our order. They did bring us tea and coffee. I probably wouldn't rate this review but three people walked in after us. The other waitress took their order they got their food but we were still sitting there. Then the waitress came by and said she's getting ready to clock out and needed to ring them up so she could get her tips! Yet neither of the two wanted to take my money. However the bigger issue is the first waitress lied. If the two of them had already clocked out. Instead of getting up to seat us and explain how lazy they are. She would have gotten up gotten the manager who then would have taken our orders! In all honesty it's not the waitress's fault. It's the management that doesn't actually manage employees and doesn't believe in customer service.***When two customers have to order takeout to get served dine in. The lack of leadership is really quite evident! ****The only positive is: they did a really great job of packaging a to go order!Parking: The parking lot was completely empty. My guess is due to the long-term lack of good employees to actually take somebody's order.

Don't do it...at least not this location. No matter when you go, no matter the day or the time, it takes FOREVER to get your food. And if there's a wait to be seated, just turn around and leave.Last night was my last attempt here. As the only table in the entire restaurant (granted another group came in at some point) it still took almost 30 minutes to get our food. If that wasn't surprising enough ... Every. Single. Member of my group had stomach issues for the following 12 hours. We're all hurting and one of our members hasn't eaten since, because he keeps having to go to the bathroom.Just don't. Find somewhere else to eat.

I know it’s only a chain restaurant and I don’t expect a lot but our experience was awful and we won’t ever come back.We were seated next to a parent with a child continuously throwing temper tantrums who had to be at least 6 or 7 years old. Throwing forks and knives, kicking tables and no one stopped her.Then we got coffee, and had to ask twice for creamers. Then our food came out. The avocados were hard, not ripe, and impossible to eat. The bacon was rubbery and cold. My eggs were burnt on the bottom but cold. How do you manage that? The apple juice was literally watered down. The only thing edible was the plain tap water. Won’t ever come back!

The atmosphere was that they locked us outside, the employees locked the main entrance doors so no more customers could get in. When they finally opened the doors they did not greet us, seat us, or tell us about a wait. We did not get seated, horrible service.

Dmya might of been my worst waitress I've ever had. Waited 10 minutes to be seated, and there was only 2 tables with people. She didn't talk much and when she did she was very rude. And when did ihop start charging for to go drinks? I don't know if I'll be back to this location.
