Eww! What did I just eat?! This was the worst insomnia cookies I’ve ever eaten in my life, and I’ve eaten a lot. They were lukewarm, hard and crunchy nothing like I’ve ever had from this company before. Hope and praying it was just this location 😭💔

Went in at 2:14 and a huge wave of college kids walked in right before me and skylar was very swift ,mannerable and kind. Her service was a 10/10
This establishment has excellent cookies, terrible staff, and for a place that serves food and ice cream. The staff continually say that there’s a bathroom for employee use only Won’t even let first responders in uniform use it. The gentleman behind the counter was very unprofessional and I hope that the city of Pittsburgh looks into this since nobody has a place to wash their hands that come in off the street to purchase cookies or use the restroom it is truly sad. is that the owner of this establishment condone this kind of behavior hopefully it’ll change one day, but I truly doubt it, but the cookies are good though. Just make sure you wash your hands before you go into the building.

Totally ignored by the person behind the counter for 5 minutes straight the other employee totally ignorant on their phone sitting off to the side. It was not like they were incapable of serving us because one was playing on their phone. They acted like we did not exist. Awful service undeserving of anyone’s money. After we finally walked out in shock, I took my phone out and both employees seemingly hid as to not be photographed as seen in the photo, the store appeared empty when I looked up to take a picture.
Edit: this was a reflection of how I felt in the moment. Looking back on it the workers in the store gave us 0 SERVICE, in fact, they did not even pay us attention. This disrespectfulness left us feeling insulted and treated like garbage as customers. We will not be coming back ever!

First time trying Insomnia cookies I wasnt paying attention to description of ice cream. Wasn't disappointed after how it taste. Cookie was so soft, PURPLE ICE CREAM made me felt like I was in a dream.

Great spot for a late night sweet treat. The classic Insomnia Cookies experience, nothing crazy special or lackluster, always consistently comforting. I love the deluxe cookies by themselves, or topped with the ice cream! Favorites are the oatmeal, peanut butter, and anything with gooey chocolate.
