She is very rude and me and my friends went there to get some cookies and brownies with ice cream and she first billed us and we paid 42 dollars and then she started saying they don’t have any of the cookies we ordered and brownies we asked her we can wait but thought she said they are done for the day the time I ordered is 10:20 and they close at 1:00 pm never even go to this location
I loved the service, they 100% hands down got Crumble beat in every way for what that amounts to. If I was craving a cookie with ice cream and I was nearby, I'd be sure to swing in again.
These cookies are fantastic about 80% of the time! But 1 out of 5 orders, some of the cookies have been so undercooked that I had to turn on my oven, and finish the job here. Chewy is one thing, but when you can't pick it up without the cookie falling apart with the texture of raw batter, that's a problem.
I LOVE these normally. But at this price point, the inconsistency isn't acceptable.
Amazing late night treat!
Very good
Awful! They delivered to the wrong place.
When I called the store Karissa said the driver was foreign, who makes an awful comment like that.
She said I had to call the driver myself.
She told me to call 1 800 cookie which is not a number. Called her back she gave me another number could care less.
Called the other number they said they would re order. Still no cookies and how am I to get a refund on something I didn’t get.
Out $40 for the order.
Never again
Pretty good cookies but way too expensive!
Brown with ice cream was so good but definitely pricey.
Mushy and nasty. Idk how they accomplished both
Addicted. Way way better than crumble cookie! Always warm and every cookie has a real flavor 😋

Drove over an hour I told the kids how good it was and when we got there at 12:10 they we’re not open we looked it up b 4 going it said they would be open at 12pm so we went to the ice cream shop walked down the blocks checked it out got pizza at Genaro then went back the insomnia cookies at 2 pm still not open wtf called the other store in Pittsburgh and no one answered so yea y’all need to fix your app if your not open on Sunday’s
I ordered the ice on a brownie. The brownie came with 2 scoops of ice cream and I purchased a 3rd scoop for $3. Making my bill $14.50 (not including fees). The brownie and 2 scoops were $11.50. They sell just a brownie for $5.75. These are dollhouse sized scoops. As you can see in the photo, 3 of their scoops together fit into a 1 cup measuring cup. There's 2 maybe 3 spoonfuls of each flavor of ice cream. So, 1 cup of their ice cream is $9. The ice cream wasn't tasty but the brownie was delicious. I wouldn't order ice cream from them again. Absolutely goofy the price for the amount you'll receive

First the customer service was excellent. The gentleman who waited on us was very polite and friendly. The price is a little expensive, however it is equal to other establishments that are less impressive. Will most definitely return and enjoy the cookies.

Can count on one hand how many times I’ve had warm, soft cookies from this location.. If I wanted chips ohoy, I’d go to GE and buy a pack of 24 for the price of 1 insomnia cookie..
