Gina catered my wedding ceremony and everything was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with guiding me in portion sizes and variety of food for our guests. The food was delicious - we got complements on it all night! Gina was super flexible when our date changed last minute and was able to accommodate us! She was able to guide me and my wife in how much food was needed per person and what variety to offer our guests. Our food was hot, ready, and organized when we received it. The food was exceptional and we received complements on it all night. We had all equipment necessary down to take out boxes for people to take food home! I will absolutely use this place again, and would recommend them every time.

Gina is knowledgeable about food portions, reasonable on pricing and most importantly, her recipes are delicious! The delivery staff is also very professional and goes above and beyond. Neil went the extra mile for us and went back to the kitchen to pick up an extra separate chicken meal that was made for an allergic guest. Thank you Neil! The pricing was amazing for the quality and quantity of food we received. We had the pulled pork & stuffed chicken for our main dishes. I’ve had endless compliments from all of our guests about how great everything tasted, especially the chicken! My husband was unsure about serving chicken at a wedding because of the stereotypical “dried out wedding chicken” but even he was pleased with the tenderness. I will absolutely be recommending Jackie’s Catering to all my friends who will be getting married & some organizations I am a member with to use for their catering needs.
