How can this be a 5 star review?? Because Jack's is a consummate dive bar - been there for a billion years, including some of the help & patrons, and it stays true to exactly what it is - a Pittsburgh dive bar, complete with smoking (I don't smoke), iron city beer, early hours, locals, Steelers Identity, etc. They do have some basic bar food- like burgers, possibly grilled cheese, etc., and it's pretty much what you'd expect or even worse, but it's...
Don’t let the outside stop you! CHEAP drinks and awesome atmosphere!! Cash only. Food options were great. Would definitely spend a night out here again! They open at 7am for day drinking!!
First timer in the city, stopped here for a quick refreshment and I’m glad! A great laid back vibe. Our bartender Jenn really showed us great hospitality and kindness the next time I visit Pittsburgh I will definitely be returning to Jack’s!
