Jason Aldean's Kitchen + Bar

I came in and asked for a burger. I thought she would ask me what I wanted on it and what temp (how ordering usually goes). She asked me for my card to put on tab and never came back. I was actually confused on what had happened because she didn't come back and said anything. So I asked another bartender if she put it in and I eat my burgers fully cooked because of my condition. They told me they already put it in and the lady who took my order got rude and said it's premade for gamedays. I had no clue so I tried canceling and she said no rudely. She told me to learn how to order and she said it was going to be my last time coming here. I was trying to be nice the whole time but she had an ugly ah attitude. If she thinks I need to learn how to order, maybe she needs to learn how to take an order the normal way and not get mad at me for asking questions. I double checked to see if they're gonna charge me and she said no so if there are any surprises, I'm not gonna let this go. I don't overreact about things like this unless real crap happens!

There’s a very pleasant atmosphere, and the food was amazing, especially the wings! The bartender, Erin, was so kind and provided phenomenal service.

Stopped in for lunch, not knowing what we were walking into. Turned out to be a great choice. Food was excellent. Pulled pork nachos, and the pot roast. Highly recommend.

Came from the game to eat cause I would rather pay a higher price for good food than at the game. Wasn't even buzzed cause I had 3 beers at the game and dude said I was too drunk to come in🤣 I suggest you fix that

Stopped here on a whim. The nacho platter made us both sick but the service was good and attentive. We sat outside on a nice sunny day and enjoyed the weather. Not sure if this was just a fluke but nachos were not a hit...

Our server was absolutely fantastic! The views from the patio outside are so beautiful! nothing like good food and a good view!
The Waygu sliders were so buttery and delicious. The server said they were new to the menu but very popular already and i totally get why. 🤤🤤 I hope they stay on!

First time visitors. Very enjoyable seated outside. Mac and cheese bites were fantastic-highly recommended! Enjoyed the Pittsburgh salad as well.
