“I order from here all the time because the sandwiches are delicious! Today, they forgot the mayo and pepper relish on both of our sandwiches so they were very dry and boring. I like to order online to customize my sandwich but what's the point if they skip the ingredients you want to add??“
“Shop just opened, I frequent the franchise... my experience today was great and worth taking the time to recognize the efforts of the manager. He recommended his favorite that I never tried and then he continued to step on the line and make it himself for me; I was blown away with the result. Might be my favorite cold sub ever. I will be back and recommend.“
“This location needs a better pick up situation. They keep them behind the counter and, when they're very busy, they may not even bag them until you ask. The issue is that, when they're busy, they can't keep track of who is waiting, so you end up having to ask again and again. Our food sat waiting, even though we had already asked about it, because the worker at the counter didn't look and I hadn't asked again. It's a horrible system that forces customers to annoy workers over and over, or else risk sitting there while their food gets cold. It's a bad system designed to frustrate both workers and customers. Otherwise, the food here is great and the workers are awesome! We actually live substantially closer to the one in Hampton, but we refuse to go there because they have screwed up our simple order so many times and their staff is careless and rude. We drive out of our way to this one on McKnight instead. It's insane how much better this location is than the Hampton one! If they just fix the pick-up nonsense, this location would be an easy 5 star recommendation. - Update: I'm actually changing it to a 5 star review. Not because anything about my experience changed, I just read some dude's review about videotaping the workers and then being mad when they didn't like it--shocker, dude, people don't want you to come into their work and film them. Also, did any of the girls or customers you took pictures of give you approval to post their images online? Did the worker agree to have videos of her face posted on the internet, was that included in her employment contract? Absolute trash, what a dirtbag for doing that. Anyway, I'd realistically give this place a 4, but making it a 5 to offset that grumpy nut job.“

“The service and atmosphere was great. I’ve been here a few times but last night was different. I felt bad for arriving so late but the one female Chelsie insured me it was fine. Very sweet and polite staff very friendly and the place is always clean. This is the best JM around and I come all the way from McKnight.“

The staff do a phenomenal job here and make this place the best one out of all the ones I've been to. It's always clean, the food is really good, and service is top notch.
