I gave this location so many chances. When I go into the store, I get looks like the staff wishes I were dead. There is often just one or two employees and I personally have seen them go straight from cleaning with chemicals to making sandwiches. When I pick up an online order, it is at best just not well made and at worst not the correct sandwich at all. I am (or was) a huge Jersey Mikes fan. I would frequent the Cranberry location for years and they always knocked it out of the park. These sandwiches are quite simply too expensive for the quality coming out of this location. It is all the same ingredients so it has to come down to staff. I do not think these workers care at all and I can taste the difference. I am sitting on a ton of Shore Points and don't even want JM anymore specifically because this location ruined it for me.

I am baffled that this store has 4.4 stars. I ordered through the app. When I got to the store 15 mins later. A young lady with toilet paper shoved up both nostrils (no joke) told me she would have to refund me because they didnt have any bread. I know this sounds crazy but the story is completely true. Nostrils full of paper and no bread.

This location needs a better pick up situation. They keep them behind the counter and, when they're very busy, they may not even bag them until you ask. The issue is that, when they're busy, they can't keep track of who is waiting, so you end up having to ask again and again. Our food sat waiting, even though we had already asked about it, because the worker at the counter didn't look and I hadn't asked again. It's a horrible system that forces customers to annoy workers over and over, or else risk sitting there while their food gets cold. It's a bad system designed to frustrate both workers and customers. Otherwise, the food here is great and the workers are awesome! We actually live substantially closer to the one in Hampton, but we refuse to go there because they have screwed up our simple order so many times and their staff is careless and rude. We drive out of our way to this one on McKnight instead. It's insane how much better this location is than the Hampton one! If they just fix the pick-up nonsense, this location would be an easy 5 star recommendation. - Update: I'm actually changing it to a 5 star review. Not because anything about my experience changed, I just read some dude's review about videotaping the workers and then being mad when they didn't like it--shocker, dude, people don't want you to come into their work and film them. Also, did any of the girls or customers you took pictures of give you approval to post their images online? Did the worker agree to have videos of her face posted on the internet, was that included in her employment contract? Absolute trash, what a dirtbag for doing that. Anyway, I'd realistically give this place a 4, but making it a 5 to offset that grumpy nut job.
These guys are great! They take special care when I order my gluten free sub (I have celiac disease) and they get my order correct every time.
They are courteous and friendly! They take and make orders accurately. They always seem to be on good spirits!

My 2 children and I just bought 3 giant subs on 4/21 for lunch. The entire staff was absolutely incredible! We were greeted with friendly smiles and kind words. It was so refreshing! All the food was fresh, delicious and worth every penny. Give these guys a raise!! We will be back and soon.
