Two different visits one curb pick up; bread seemed day-old stale with no texture; toppings on the signature sandwich were not very "signature" second visit was dine-in food was slightly better; serve wasn't sure how to build the sandwich 1/2 condiment select was obscured (lid closed) they were never presented as opitions; I had to up-sell myself to comb other menu items were not offered; good/service rating is generous

Usually great, just a little of today.
My wife and I both get tuna.
Hers was fine, mine looked a little like it got run over. There was more material outside of the bin than inside.
We go here regularly and I believe this was a one-off situation.

We had to stay at the hospital and decided to venture out for a little. Saw Jersey Mike’s and decided to give this location a try despite the reviews. Food was actually really good and made in the perfect amount of time. Unfortunately one of the younger gentleman was to worried about where he could almost hide the tip jar and then ended up playing in his phone on the counter while his coworkers worked hard to get customers in and out. This location was clean for other locations...
