Jersey Mike's Subs

Found bits of white sharp plastic while biting into my sandwich. Called to inform them and got no answer.

I have loved Jersey Mike's since I lived in New Jersey 30 plus years ago. I would go to my local one in Toms River and occasionally the original in Point Pleasant. Locations here in Pittsburgh were scant for a long time and I would mostly go to the one in Peter’s Township (still do when I need a 3 or 6 footer).

So I was so happy when one opened right near me in Robinson. Unfortunately, it is the absolute worst Jersey Mike’s. I keep going because it is so close, but the employee attitudes there and worsening poor quality is making me consider driving elsewhere.

No bacon on my previous visit and last night they were out of onions, mayonnaise, and hot pepper rings. How does a sub shop tun out of these staples? And so many of them at one time. Every time there’s an issue. And the subs weren’t up to standard either. Absolutely ridiculous.

Someone needs to get this place in order.

The employees are discusting...talking about what they did last night while people were waiting to place their order..this isn't the first time..I have seen this at least 4 times.i travel the whole way to bridgeville to get my sub..never again to go to that store...they think they are something with their attitudes...discusting

Came in on a Friday around 8:20pm when they close at 9:00pm and they already had the shop packed up and said “they were out of bread”.

Went in tonight and ordered two giant subs. One chicken Philly and one cheese steak, the personal was just worried about their own problems and never paid attention to customers. When I got home and tried my cheese steak, I bite into something hard and sharp. I spit out a sharp object which looked like a piece of bone or wood. I took another bite and again had a hard sharp object in my mouth. I tried calling the store but they never picked up. This was my first and last time going into this jersey Mike's. Avoid this place at all cost.

Claimed they were out of everything?? You're a sandwich shop. How are you out of everything? It was a turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes. Said they tried to call but I never got anything and I was on my phone WAITING 45 MINUTES I MIGHT ADD. DO NOT GO HERE.

Every one is always friendly and helpful. They hustle all the time. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Place sucks they can't follow simple instructions on how to make a simple sandwich I ordered a chicken Philly with no onions or peppers.I get in my car.This is a philly cheese steak with onions and peppers. Garbage.

I wanna give a big shout-out to the staff at this Jersey Mike's... Always nice, professional and great tasting subs! I doordash so I either eat or drink water on the fly. It's one of the hottest days out and the gentleman who I think is a manger has done a really nice thing to the folks that come in there. I greatly appreciate it man!

Employee was on their personal phone while making my order and rushed through making my order. Then when I got home I found several hairs in my food. I absolutely would not recommend this location.

Update: I emailed the manager like I was asked to do in the response and my email was never answered. My review stands.

Best sandwich place, but sometimes they botch the online orders by forgetting toppings, cheese, or sauce. Best if you go in.

I haven’t had this issue at any other Jersey Mike’s; but I ate a chicken bacon ranch sandwich from here and then became so violently ill that I was passing out and I wasn’t able to eat much of anything else for the next four days. I have gotten this sandwich from other places and to my knowledge I don’t have any allergies that should make me react that way. I couldn’t use my hands. If it was some sort of allergic reaction, I worry about cross contamination.

This location was not the cleanest when arriving for my pick up online order. Staff can also be rude when telling you your order can not be made we don't have bread. Then to top it off the supervisor working did not know how to refund or cancel the online order. Called back the next day at 11am asking to speak to the manager regarding my refund and got the same rude attitude. Advised it will take 48 hours for a refund. Jersey Mike's needs to have a way to shut down online ordering when they are out of product to avoid these issues. I will not be returning to this location.

This was my first time at this location. As I walked in employees started laughing. I guess I was the joke to them. I wanted to walk out then but I still made a purchase but will never return. 😪
People don't know what a person is going through.va smile and kindness goes a long way. 😔😪

The service is absolutely horrendous. The entire staff absolutely hate their job and push through orders cause can’t wait to get back on social media.

The one employee decided to fight over me ordering a “steak chipotle” (#43) without onions and peppers. She insisted I said chicken chipotle and decided to fight for 5 mins, rather than just clarifying which sandwich type. However they don’t actually write anything down, so you have to repeat your order 3-4x throughout the process.

Food is great though.
