Jersey Mike's Subs

This was my first time at this location. As I walked in employees started laughing. I guess I was the joke to them. I wanted to walk out then but I still made a purchase but will never return. 😪
People don't know what a person is going through.va smile and kindness goes a long way. 😔😪
I pray they have a better day. 🙏🏿🙏🏿

The service is absolutely horrendous. The entire staff absolutely hate their job and push through orders cause can’t wait to get back on social media.

The one employee decided to fight over me ordering a “steak chipotle” (#43) without onions and peppers. She insisted I said chicken chipotle and decided to fight for 5 mins, rather than just clarifying which sandwich type. However they don’t actually write anything down, so you have to repeat your order 3-4x throughout the process.

Food is great though.

This particular location is always an issue. Unless I order very early in the day (before 12pm or by 12) I can never get the topping or bread I wish for. I will place a mobile order and then get told ONCE IN STORE that topping or items are unavailable. Unacceptable. Items like Bacon, BREAD, and etc. Very common things for a sandwich shop to keep stock of one would assume.

Usually if I want it correctly done I have to drive all the way down to the Moon Township site where I've had zero issues. In fact the moon location could be slammed and will still give better service than this much slower site.

Every time we go to this specific location we NEVER have the correct order. Instead of putting on the app that you are out of something just for a customer to order it and be told WHEN THEY ARRIVE FOR THEIR FOOD, that they are out of certain products .

I’m not sure if it’s the lack of ordering or the lack of wanting to actually do the job you get paid for. This particular time we got food just tonight mind you it was go figure incorrect. We ordered two subs and got told about one that there was no bacon. The other sub had bacon on it so you just aren’t going to mention that that sub won’t have bacon. Cool. Got offered a free drink and chips. No thanks I’d rather have the food I ordered. Anyways get home and guess what else was wrong the bread. Would it be surprising if I said that they NEVER MENTIONED THE BREAD BEING WRONG? Well they didn’t and it was.

Shockingly they actually had any bread because majority of the time you order just to be told “we are out of bread” YOU ARE A SANDWICH SHOP! Are you not ordering the product or are you just that much of a lazy pos that you can’t be bothered to do your job correctly. WILL NWVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. STRAIGHT TRASH.

Stopped in to grab a quick lunch to go, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They patiently waited for me to decide on my order, this might be my favorite one in the area!!

Food here is always excellent, service is great. Recommend the cheese steaks but anything here is delicious. Cheaper for value and by far the best of most chain sandwich shops around.

Absolutely no team work , customers ignored , not handled in the order recieved and then very rude when I asked for my sandwich that was sitting on the counter ready to go but not wrapped . Nobody has a half an hour to wait for a sandwich . Cannot believe this was a Jersey mikes. Very dirty resturaunt , counters etc.

We wanted to try this sub from long time and was looking forward for it. The hygiene is not the best at this place, the person was cleaning the counter and making our sub at the same time with same gloves. Also the servers seemed bit unprofessional and unfriendly to us. Was an awkward experience.

I always get the Southwestern cheesecake and it is absolutely the best sub I've ever eaten in my life it is so good the flavorful it is just wonderful. If you haven't been here it's a good place to check out for sure.

The food was ok but I ordered and the staff didn’t tell me my food was ready until about 10 minutes after it had been sitting on the counter and then when I get the food the staff started laughing at me so to anyone to go here strictly because of the workers they are very unprofessional and immature they should be working at McDonald’s
