Ordered via Uber eats. Order was over $100. No napkins or cutlery for a bowl. Two hoagies had the wrong toppings. Missing bottles of Pepsi and Mt Dew. If the app allows you to select what you want on your hoagie it should be made following the order. It’s not that hard.

If you order online- don’t trust the time they give you for pick up as it will most certainly be, at minimum, 20 minutes longer than that. They get orders completely wrong almost every single time. You’d think you wouldn’t need to unwrap your sandwich before you leave to make sure it’s right every single time, but trust me- you need to or you’ll get home and it will be a completely different sandwich. Or it will literally be bread with just meat, cheese, and absolutely nothing else despite being very clear while ordering. It’s very disorganized and most of the people who work there are rude- and will treat you even worse when you point out they got your order wrong. Great sandwiches in general, but the staff at this particular one makes it absolutely terrible.

Shrinkflation has hit this chain since Blackstone's acquisition of Jersey Mike's. Vote with you wallet people! EDIT 12/20/24 This chain does not follow proper procedure for serving gluten free subs. The initial team member preparing your sub will change their gloves, but anyone touching your sub after the fact will cross contaminate. If you're a celiac, make your own sandwich. These guys don't care that they're poisoning you.

Whatever you do, never order ahead at this location and think you're gonna make it back to work on time. I have no idea how they prioritize orders, but it's definitely something to be desired. Placed an order on app at 12:45pm, app says show up at 1:05, and food didn't wasn't ready til 1:22, he'll of a long wait for a regular size sandwhich.

One of the more dirty jersey Mike's I've been to. Watched employee rub her ear with plastic glove and then go about making someone's sandwich. People that work in these places don't have common sense. They think putting on gloves magically cleans everything. The rag they use to clean the food off of the counter was black with dirt but they continued to rub it all over the sandwich area. Whoever owns this location must be completely asleep at the wheel. Just wants the money to come in.

Not only did they not make my sandwich right. But I got chicken asked for rosemary bread for regular white. They wrapped and gave to me never gave me the option or asked if I wanted anything on it. So I literally received a sandwich with meat and cheese only. Like why?? Place is a joke

Ordered on the app, said 20 minutes. Got there and only 1 sub was made and waited 10 extra minutes until they started to make my sub. Total wait time of 15 minutes there
The service and atmosphere was great. I’ve been here a few times but last night was different. I felt bad for arriving so late but the one female Chelsie insured me it was fine. Very sweet and polite staff very friendly and the place is always clean. This is the best JM around and I come all the way from McKnight.

Every single jersey Mike’s I’ve been to the staff has been friendly in the food very good. The only problem I ever had was with two girls who acted extremely ignorant and ghetto and this is the one that’s on McKnight Road other than that one incident all jersey Mike are good.
