One of my favorite Jersey Mike location, staff is always friendly and inviting and they take gluten allergies very seriously which is very much appreciated. Food is always fresh and delicious and the drinks are ice cold. Keep up the good work! You guys are awesome

I've been ordering from this location through GrubHub and Doordash for a bit over 5 years. It's progressively gotten worse over time. The orders are consistently screwed up. It is almost guaranteed that something will be missing or the sandwich will not be prepared as ordered. My order tonight was the last straw; I'm not giving this place my business any longer.

They legit make the food on top of receipt paper (known toxic ink) for the to go orders. Then for in person at the register, they don't even change gloves between cashing out at the register, and touching food while wrapping it up.

Recently went to this location and spent over 10.00 on a regular turkey sub. They put 5 slices of thin turkey on bread and I walked out hungry and had to purchase dinner somewhere else. The employees rip you off. If you like Jersey Mikes try another location. I reached out to Corporate but they never responded. No more Jersey Mikes for me. If I could give them less stars, I would.

Receipt paper has known toxins on them. When people handling cash etc touch the order papers w those hands that adds bacteria. So these orders have double the serve safe violations when they set them on top of your raw sandwich w no barrier. Hand filth and endocrine disrupters. Also watch out for online ordering as it will be late and the employees will be rude for you even showing up.
One employee was sweeping the floor while another was preparing sandwiches. The employee sweeping placed a trash can directly next to the sandwich prep station, brought the dustpan higher than the sandwiches, and then forcefully overturn it to empty into the trash can.

Ordered via Uber eats. Order was over $100. No napkins or cutlery for a bowl. Two hoagies had the wrong toppings. Missing bottles of Pepsi and Mt Dew. If the app allows you to select what you want on your hoagie it should be made following the order. It’s not that hard.
