I'm kind of in the middle of the road with this one. The staff seemed rather nice and friendly very hardworking too I might add.
However I requested jalapenos on my sandwich and I only got a couple of jalapenos maybe they're afraid to put too many on I don't know but that was disappointing without a doubt.
This is the first time I've ever eaten at a Jersey Mike's and the food's kind of okay I may give it another go but it's certainly not something I would frequent due to the high cost with what little you get. I know times are tough things are expensive but for what you're paying for at this establishment I really don't feel I'm getting my money's worth

I order from here all the time because the sandwiches are delicious! Today, they forgot the mayo and pepper relish on both of our sandwiches so they were very dry and boring. I like to order online to customize my sandwich but what's the point if they skip the ingredients you want to add??
