After ordering food here a few times, no matter how early I order online, I still have to wait when I get there. 15-20 minutes isn’t enough time apparently. And now the app says 45 minutes.
Unless you’re cool waiting 45 minutes for a sandwich, don’t order a sub from here. I’ve eaten at many Jersey Mike’s spots and none are this bad. Why even be open? It blows my mind.

I've been to many, many different Jersey Mike's around the entire country - even the original one in Point Pleasant. The staff do a phenomenal job here and make this place the best one out of all the ones I've been to. It's always clean, the food is really good, and service is top notch. Over several visits the last few months it's been consistent too. This is a well deserved 5 stars. Thank you!!!

I went to this location recently and will not be going back. Out of the 3 employees working, only one was being proactive in taking orders and making sandwiches. The young woman working was aggravated and rude to the customers before me, and loudly complained about customers with another employee after they left the store. Everything was so disorganized, it took 30 minutes to get my food after they “lost” my sandwich and made the order behind me before mine.

Every time I come here there out of something tomato lettuce onion like your a sandwich shop ur complaining that ur not cutting lettuce ur not prepping anything thats a morning job not a night job like it's not its a do it when u need something bc we ran out because we were busy will nvr return this location mad you have to do your job smh.

My experience was sickening… I am a 55 yr. old veteran that has fought for this country! I do not appreciate being questioned by a young, arrogant, rude and disrespectful human that is probably half my age…. Her questions of me were uncalled for…She was minding other people’s business. I wasn’t talking to her or looking at her when she came at me with he questions…She needs to grow up and understand how to mind her business… We are not children and I don’t appreciate her questions and sass! It has no place in Jersey Mike’s and neither does she!
The service is great! Very friendly and efficient staff. I ordered a Famous Philly Cheesesteak with the gluten free roll and it was DELICIOUS! definitely will be coming back soon.

We’ve been to this location a few times since they opened and we’ve been satisfied every time. The staff are friendly and the subs have been good. The hardest part is resisting the donuts and ice cream that are also in the same plaza.

Last night, after a few hours of running around shopping as a family, the kids wanted McDonald's yet again. Mom and Dad just couldn't stand to stomach another fried fast food meal. So we got the kids what they wanted since they were good and well-behaved, and booked it up the hill from the Waterfront to Jersey Mike's. We arrived about 5 minutes before closing time. Not ideal for an employee that is trying to clean-up the kitchen and store and get home on a Friday night. However the two gentleman working last night on 3/15/24, made sure that we had a delicious Jersey Mike's sub to eat. The young man making the subs could've easily slopped something together for us, but he took the time and care to craft us a quality product that we appreciated and enjoyed. I just wanted to give the two workers a shout out for making our night and truly exemplifying the slogan we see on ads for Jersey Mike's and making it a Sub Above!Thank You!
