I fell in love with Detroit style pizza while working in Detroit. Jets pizza is where it started. How happy I was to find a Jets in Pittsburgh!! Yay! We make the 45 minute trip everytime we are in the area. Sometimes ordering twice as much to reheat through the week! Just as good! The crunchy crust is just heaven. Staff is friendly. Clean atmosphere and reasonable prices. Just love it!

Love how they lock the doors and cause absolute chaos for their customers in the parking lot, because they don't want anyone inside with them. The order was very late and there was hair in my food. They didnt give me my salad dressing and they also hung up on me. They literally do not care.

I drove 1 hour to try Jet's Pizza after watching several pizza review videos on YouTube. I ordered the 8 corner cheese pizza with turbo crust. This is by far the best chain pizza I've had. This pizza is thick and heavy. The staff gave us extra napkins, silverware, and plates. This Detroit style pizza tastes similar to Turco's in New Castle PA but much better and less greasy. Will have to give the NY style pizza a try next time. I wish they had a closer location to me in eastern Ohio Western PA area. Keep up the good work guys.

1 time is aberration, but this is the 2nd time the order is more than 90 minutes late. Ordered at 5:30 and its after 8 pm. Called and they weren't even apologetic -said its not even out for delivery yet.
My husband is very particular and wants EXTRA mushrooms, like layering the pizza. I made this on the ānotesā area and choose extra. This typically still results in an Unsatisfactory amount. Not at Jets they did a phenomenal job. My husband even said that it was exceptional. Thank you for saving me from a terrible evening because of not enough mushrooms š

Wow. Iām from Detroit and Iām very partial to Buddyās pizza. Although this is very close to as good. Excellent Detroit style pizza. I will definitely be back there very soon.

I placed an order with Uber Eats. Immediately after I placed the order, I received that I forgot to add toppings to the pizza. I tried to change the order on Uber Eats, but the only option was to cancel for a ~$25 fee. So I called Jets Pizza and asked them to add pepperoni to my pizza. I offered every which way to pay for it and they complete refused to even entertain the idea of adding a topping to an Uber Eats order. I asked them to even charge a credit card for whatever amount they felt was reasonable, they still refused.
Do not order from this terrible establishment!

Normally this place is good one time I got pizza from here in a deep dish and big long strands of hair were baked into the bread but whatever things happen. This time however I was eating the deep dish and it tasted fine until I got to a bite that tasted like literally someone smeared diarrhea into the sauce. I hate to complain Iāve gotten bad food before and not complained but I think for safety reasons this needs to be reported. I will need to get tested for diseases now. I have never bit into something so foul in my life and Iāve tried a lot of bad tasting food. Maybe someone hates their job and did that on the day they quit is the only thing I could think of which is sad Iāve always liked this place. Just eat at your own discretion because everyone was nice but I know what I tasted and smelled and it was definitely some type of excrement. Really sadā¦I will never eat here again. I used to go here everyday after work. I brushed my mouth twice and used mouth wash and still taste it. Disgusting
