I grabbed a quick lunch because I knew that I could. I ordered my usual, the Vito’s and ate in. My table was towards the back of the restaurant. The sandwich came out quickly and tasted exactly as I expected. Jimmy John’s is a very dependable chain when it comes to getting your food quickly and having a consistent taste.

Was a guest in Pittsburgh. Just arrived after a long flight from the west coast. Decided to order online for a quick meal. Went to pick up my order, was greeted by rudeness from staff as if they did not care I was even in the store. Inquired about my order. Guy behind the counter, indifferently, told me to look to side of the room. I checked and there is no order to pick up. Ask another staff who deferred me to the same guy. After pushing he finally checked and see that there is no order to pickup. At this time a female staff came in and told me she cancelled my order without even bothering to call me or notify me. All she told me is that she voided my transaction which I did check immediately on my phone. She did not give me any convincing reason to why the order was cancelled. There were literally nobody in the restaurant when I was there. Is this a new way of customer service, that your customer's time and satisfaction are of no value??

Must be the same owner as Penn Ave. Unless two owners are participating in collusion. Already reviewed Penn Ave. Same scenario. Big board says combo is $12 something. Asked specifically for combo. In both places, they just ring up everything separately and it c9mes out $14 something. Don't tell you they're doing it...just do it. Again, just like previous review...which is it, false advertising or just blatantly ripping people off. If you don't do combos, why is it on the board?
Did not receive my order. Said it was a mistake and would redeliver. I saw a charge on my credit card today but when delivery person came on Thursday, he said I needed to pay cash, They did not have payment information on file.

ORDERED TWO #10..WANTED BOTH TO BE CUT IN HALF...REFUSED..GOT MAD AT ME AND THOUGH THE SANDWITCHES AT ME...THE MANAGER John m...tryed to help but the two other people working didn't help..they were egging her on..I got refund and left..Never will i order from that location again...

Clerks with terrible attitude and extremely rude. Came in and said good evening and the clerk looked at me like saying oh my god another customer , and did not answer back proceeded to make my sandwich and just slammed it on the counter and said here you go, very rude
