AWFUL. Past two orders have been incorrect. Sandwiches nearly empty and missing ingredients. Fire the new guy! Seriously, I hear you all yelling at him and he STILL does everything incorrectly. I’d check my order next time, but there won’t be one.

Super disappointed, haven’t had JJs in a long time and went to get some. I paid for double meat and added ham. The meat isn’t double and there is no ham. There is actually more bread than meat. So that’s $7 bucks down the drain. And i made the HUGE mistake of asking them to cut the sandwich, a task you might think impossible to mess up. The workers at Jimmy John’s found a way. It looks like someone started to cut my sandwich into 1/4ths and stopped after the first cut. And for some reason the grin ant back ends of the sandwich are empty. Like a good 3 inches of this sandwich is just bread and mustard. And when we walked in all the people working there seemed to be high on something, they didn’t even speak to us and just gestured around. Pretty wild i paid $30 for that. My husbands sandwich he also paid $20 for was jacked up too. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JIMMY JOHNS

Let’s see, they forgot both pickle ranches, one of the cookies, missing bag of chips and gave me expired potatoe salad. Will never go back here again! I need to be refunded for everything honestly. Loud music can’t even hear you to take the orders.

went here for a door dash order, told me my order was still getting ready when i walked in. a half hour later i asked if it was almost ready, they then told me all of a sudden that they didn’t have that person order in the system. proceeded to then sit there for another 20 minutes with no order in sight. very unprofessional, the one lady making the sandwiches started screaming and yelling because orders kept getting messed up, but that is their own fault. there were multiple people while i was there who complained about their orders as well, and about 4 phone calls with people calling about missing items, etc from their orders. don’t waste your time here. disgusting. and horrible service!!
Bread was fresh but I am under impressed.
No taste to it. Not seasoned well. Potatoes in the potato salad were not cooked they were crunchy. Sandwich just ok. at best.

Horrible customer service skills. Could not understand the young man attempting.....poorly at that....to help.me. The peop6in this location need a severe course in customer service. Non existent here apparently.

I wish there were more Jimmy Johns in the area. It's always a treat when I can have some. I ordered the number four with extra lettuce and add oregano basil. No cheese and it's very low calorie.

There was a hair in my sandwich interwoven in the shredded salad and mayo. Very unappetizing.
Really just got a free sandwich, bro at the front counter rang me up and gave me my receipt im like do i gotta pay and hes just like nah and i walk out with my free food, horrible service i heard people behind me complaining

Cashier had no knowledge of the menu, overstaffed location yet no employees knew what they were doing, did not cut the sandwiches and to top it and when you do get the sandwich the quality of ingredients are subpar.

Overall the staff we're not very inviting to speak with. Did not have to wait long and I bought my food. Everything tasted great The only exception is all my meat was right in the middle and over 50% of my sandwich was bread and toppings.

Placed an order over the phone, employee seem to not know what he was doing. Half hour later a different employees calls stating that the order needs to be paid for. The order was already paid for , you could hear them talking in the background and found out the order actual had been paid for
They stated it would be delivered in the next hour. I placed the order at12:30 and was told it was on its way, the drive had 5 stores before me. At 2:38 a girl comes in screaming did someone order Jimmy John's. Gives me the bag and leaves. I missed my lunch break at 1:30 and decided to eat some of my order on my 15 which was at 3:00. Two bites in noticed meat was bad and the pickle was see through, this did cause me to be sick and the $30 order was trashed.
This was the only time I had this experience, sad to see these low expectations from Jimmy John's.

Decent sandwiches, but a little pricey for what you get.
I’m writing to share my recent experience at a Jimmy John’s on Home Dr by Robinson Town Centre on April 23, 2025. A staff member was clearly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs and was causing significant disruptions to the order-taking process.
The couple in front of me ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with just bacon, chicken, and dressing. Despite the employee’s repeated mistakes, they had to make it three times before they finally gave up and wanted to leave. To make matters worse, they were unable to refund the customers’ money.
The intoxicated employee, who had a full beard, slurred his words and had long pauses between each word. The sober employee, who I didn’t remember either of their names, felt compelled to go to their car to return the customer in front of me’s money.
Finally, I arrived to pick up my food from the intoxicated employee. I could see in their eyes that they were clearly impaired and had no idea where they were. When I asked again for my sandwich, they gave a sandwich.
I naturally decided to double-check my order because I had witnessed the employee’s previous mistake with the previous customer, who had left the store in frustration. To my surprise, my order was actually what the previous customer had ordered, which they had already left out of annoyance. The sandwich was also wrapped twice.
Fortunately, the employee who had only been with the company for three weeks was sober and knew that the other employee had made a mistake. The sober employee who had given me the correct sandwich and apologized.
I left the store, but I couldn’t help but feel sorry for the newer employee who had to deal with this situation, especially working with a tenured employee and hungry customers.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Jimmy John’s.
