The hardest part was pulling into the restaurant. Red light doesn't have a turning left. They had my order ready. The sandwiches were made correctly. They were very tasty.

Arrived around 6:40 pm and heard a number of excuses about everything they were out of and how they'd be closing soon. Not a great experience!

Would be the best tuna i ever had if I wasnt forced to have onions in it. Even with onions which are already in the tuna salad it was 2nd best tuna anywhere. Blimpies was no.1Service and atmosphere were top notch. First time here. Had to come back before 9pm because hours were slightly different than posted. But it was great. Just will have onion breath.

pay for my order as only person in the store. never get my order for 30 minutes. 4 others guests come in and get theres. ask the cashier where my sandwich is and they accuse me of never paying as I sit there with a drink and chips in my hand. Then they determine they threw my ticket in the trash and it never got made so they'll make it last. offered no refunds or free items for the inconvenience. Wellp, have fun being put out of business my jersey mikes!!!! 12/12 @ 1500 HRS suspect workers not sober

I just had the worst sandwich of my life at this location. My bread seemed like it was ran under water. It was wet and it wasn't from the dressing. I'm done with this store.

Fup Biz

The bread is great but the sandwich feels like it’s mostly just bread. Hardly any meat on it. Frankly the menu is a mess by trying to be cute. They make the sandwiches fast for sure. But half the time it isn’t right and is just rushed. Turns into just a sloppy bread sandwich.Interior is efficient and the signs and stuff on walls keeps you entertained. It’s cheesy but it works. This location the parking is ample but getting into the lot is a pain wrapping around building into BK drive thru. Typical for the Burgh tho.

Huge thanks to JAY the GM here. I went in and said noooo tomatoes on my tuna bc of an autoimmune disease. He stopped yelled to the crew, "ALLERGY PROTOCOL!!!!"I wish every store did this. Another location put tomatoes on even after I said noooooo! Tomatoes make my brain swell. Uhhhh...no thanks. The care and attention he put into my sub was amazing. He then shared he's allergic to tuna (lol, the sub I was ordering) and he understands it!!! The fear you have and the 100% trust you have to put in the workers to pay double attention so they don't send you to the hospital.I won't go to another location just based on how amazing JAY was at stressing the importance of NO TOMATOES on my sub. Thank you!!!! Hands down the best place for a sub. Delicious. Fresh. Crunchy. Tuna with some mayo. Not mayo with some tuna. Perfectly made. Looking forward to my next visit. :)

It has been years since I've been to JJ's. I ordered 2 6 inch Beach Club sandwiches, a pickle, and a bag of chips. The order was almost $31.Absolutely NOT worth the price. There was barely any meat on either of the sandwiches, and all I could taste was mayonnaise. Staff was also incredibly rude. They messed up the order.Go 1/4 mile up the road to Uncle Sam's subs. You will get twice the sandwich for the same price, plus French Fries.

I had to make a quick choice between JJ's and Burger King, which is only 100 feet away. Obviously, this was a no contest! Great sandwich, great staff, and world class customer service! Thanks, JJ's!
