The guy that makes sense my food so rude, seems like he already has a problem with someone. Taking to him self and giving me an attitude when I asked him the price, telling me to go stand where I can see him make my sandwich.
It makes me suspicious. I hope I'm wrong!

I came here for Anthrocon on the 4th of July weekend.. Usually, Jimmy John's is just the usual sandwich. But this specific one blows away all other stores. They're all fast.. but this one is faster. The food quality is just fantastic. They didn't buckle under the pressure of a constant store either. Kept it really clean during the weekend also. The staff.. extremely nice! It was so good I went a second time the very next day, and got the same thing! Thank you!

Jersey Mike’s is crazy good compared to this. It was good but not great. Place was packed but still had 4 subs within 10 minutes.

Extremely rude workers. Ordered online at 10:45 when they open at 10:30 and workers turned me away and told me to get lost and come back at 11 that they wouldn’t open until then. Scammed out of my sandwich that was not made but was still paid for. I would leave negative stars if possible.

Quick, fresh, and exactly what I needed. Jimmy John’s in Pittsburgh, right outside the convention center…. nailed it with their speedy service and consistently tasty sandwiches. The bread was soft, the ingredients were crisp, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Perfect spot for a fast and satisfying bite!

I attempted to go to this store to place an order a half an hour before the closing time listed on Google and was met with an attitude from the cashier upon arrival. I walked in and stood there for a minute looking at the menu then a guy came from the back and I said hello can I place an order? And he said don't it look like we closed? I responded and said no it doesn't because the lights are still on and also because the website says y'all don't close until 8pm.
I order from Jimmy John's often and also place orders with my team during lunch meetings/trainings. I guess I need to stick with the Liberty st location because the customer service and food there are both top tier.

Food safety is the last of anyone's concern in this establishment. The customer service was pathetic to say the least. Cashier on his phone just leaning over counter. The sandwich prep station looked like a war zone as well. Makes you question everything about what it is you are about to consume. Also lastly extremely low lights. Was almost pitch black when I was in there. Will not return.

App says open at 10:30am, it’s 10:45 — they said they are closed and can’t even promise they will open at 11. Absurd.

Tasty sandwiches with a focus of speedy service rather than friendly. It’s located at an especially convenient location if you are at the DLCC. Try it out, after all your mother wants you to eat at Jimmy Johns.

I received both passive aggressive and aggressive customer service when ordering at the register, so the variety was nice. They were upset i didn't put in an online order for my 6 sandwiches. Then, the gent taking my order said 'hurry up'. I said 'I'm sorry, I missed that' and he said 'how you doing'? If they were trying to be sly, they weren't great at it. It was freaky fast though, so that got an added star.

I always hesitate to come to this location. But I went on my lunch break because it's so close to my job. Everytime I go in there it's always a weird vibe from the workers. The one at the register always makes me uncomfortable and they always do some weird stuff with or around my food, like one time I caught them pouring the liquid from the peppers on my sandwich and made it soggy and yesterday they coughed. The workers make it very weird. No more chances for them.
