Absolutely caught off guard with how rude the employees were. Dude literally slammed my bread on the counter when i said I didn't want tomatoes. Guy at register yelled at my boyfriend because our card took a second to work. My sandwich was also wrong on top of it but I didn't want to go back up there and deal with them I just ate it anyway.

Went to Jimmy John's for lunch with friends while cosplaying for Tekkoshocon2024. While the staff were friendly, the location clean and the food delicious, the bathroom was only available via keycode which no one would give us and there were no napkins anywhere for anyone to use.
They churned out our orders pretty quickly, and the sandwiches were good, but they forgot my friend's dressing on their sub.

Very rude and unprofessional service. They said for all of us to "get out because we close at 6:00 we better be out by 6:01". Our whole party totaled 6 people and we were all paying customers who each got at least one or two combo meals. They brought the mop out and mopped over my friend's shoe while she was sitting down. They were slamming the bread on the counters with attitude. Sandwiches were not good and our orders were not accurate (one sandwich had no meat and just tomato and lettuce, one sandwich had mayo dripping down the sides and one had tomato even though we said no tomato). It was clear they just wanted our money and for us to get out. It was not inviting, pleasing or even good to eat there.

For lunch this is a good option if you are not super hungry. I went for the turkey sandwich, the taste was good and good customer service

Ordered a #7 spicey Italian. It should have double meat double cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion. It did not have double meat or double or onion. I ordered the sandwhich and it was done not even a minute later and I knew it was a little light. I paid for the double portions for this sandwhich and did not receive it. I go to other locations often and only order this sandwhich. Very disappointing for $11

We love Jimmy John’s and have ordered here once with success but twice now we have been screwed. We paid for delivery. Once, we were told the order was “complete and delivered” and it was not. Tonight I placed an order through the app and the store closed and it was never acknowledged/cancelled. So now we are out way too much money for a sandwich.
