My husband and I decided to stop in at this location while we were walking around downtown. We were going to order some food and then my husband was going to use the bathroom. Well we never ended up ordering anything because the employee that was there was very unprofessional and told us that regardless if my husband was a paying customer or not he had to pay $28.50 to use the bathroom. That’s possibly one of the dumbest things I have ever heard of. We definitely will not be going back to this location.

It would really be nice to know when you are ordering for delivery that you are getting Uber eats instead of a delivery guy. I’ve been waiting an hour for a sandwich which I’m sure will be soggy and nasty. NEVER AGAIN!

They aren't kidding when they say freaky fast. Ordered a bunch in advance for a business meeting. Showed up 10 minutes early and they didn't even start on them yet but all 4 boxes where made and ready by the pickup time.

It’s Jimmy John’s, basically and expensive subway. Most locations, never have an issue with their sandwiches. However, the same can’t always be said about their customer service, and this location by far is the worst I’ve seen when it comes to that aspect. I came in twice over the weekend I was in town for business. The first day I came in, the person taking my order claimed I didn’t order what I ordered. Which I can understand, mistakes can be made, people sometimes don’t hear everything correctly. Which is why I came back the next day to give them another chance. The second time was the icing on the cake. When I was placing my order, the guy seemed like he was in a hurry to get me away from the register, because of this, I made a huge mistake on my order. Then when I tried to correct it, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. They weren’t blatantly disrespectful, it was more of a passive means of rudeness by using their actions. Needless to say, if I ever return to Pittsburgh for business, I’m will never come back to that location. I HIGHLY!!! recommend everyone to stay away from their and just go somewhere else. Yeah it’s fast and right there, but it’s not worth the headache and the feeling of being disrespected. Also, just for clarity, it wasn’t even busy. I was the only person in line……….

I use to come here fairly regularly and never had an issue. I came in 8-16-23 and the staff were giving out wrong order numbers and were extremely rude to confused customers asking if the order number they called matched the order number the cashier was giving. If you tell someone their order is 18 and call 118 or 218 that is not 18. No one will understand what you mean when you have a customer with a 118 and a customer with a 218 and the employees are yelling out "Order 18!!!" It wouldn't even have been an issue if the people behind the counter weren't back talking customers and acting infantile. I won't be coming back here.
