Every time we have ordered from this specific place, at least something is wrong. For the past couple times, they have forgotten items. Tonight, after not ordering FOR OVER 3 MONTHS, me and my dad wanted a sub, and decided to order here. We get it, my dads is fine, but keep in mind i got a slim 6 without avocodo, but when i open my sub up, ITS FILLED WITH AVOCODO. I cant even describe how mad i am at this. Also, it doesnt taste that good for the price.

The black girl with glasses, chubby and short, who took my order was very rude. She interacted with a horrible attitude and it carried over when she went to make my sandwiches. She made them wrong and I reminder her of how they were ordered and she got belligerent with me. We argued back and forth and I asked for her name. She refused to give me her name so I could call the manager. At this point she started slamming my sandwiches and treating them with disrespect. I told her I wanted a refund and to give me my money back because I did not deserve to be treated badly because she seemed to be having a bad day. She claim she voided the order, I will be checking bank receipts to ensure this. During this time, I noticed the other employee, with dreadlocks, on his phone and plugging in a charger with gloves on that he was preparing food with. He then started cleaning dishes, used his phone again and then proceeding to cutting the cucumber. ALL IN THE SAME GLOVES. Very unsanitary! This location has gone downhill in a major way! And I will not visit this location again.

Stopped in @7pm, lights were dim to give the appearance of being closed. That should've been my clue to stay away. The look of disappoint from staff as I entered, stale bread, chip rack selection limited, no ice tea, no coke, no root beer. The place looked clean otherwise. Just a few staff members running someones business into the ground.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered in july a catering order. My order was missing the variety cookies and the subs had hair in it. I tried to resolve without leaving a review. I attempted to call IMMEDIATELY and they kept hanging up on me . I contacted corporate and they gave me the manager Taylor . She said she would follow up I didn’t hear anything so I called a month later in attempts to resolve still nothing then 9/9 she said they mailed a check with refund still NOTHING . I followed up 9/17 she said it was sent followed up 9/26 still nothing today 9/30 NOTHING even with first class mail it doesn’t take almost a month . I doubt it’s even been sent . This was served to high profile people who was disgusted upon finding hair in food. Don’t go here !

I came here maybe an hour before closing so there was no wait but the problem was the area the sandwiches were made had food debris that could have easily been taken care of with a simple wipe that literally takes a minute or so but what really raised my eyebrows was a employee (male) grabbed a hoagie roll with his bare hands after handling money very unsanitary. I really hate the fact that covid not being considered a pandemic has caused restaurants to become incredibly relaxed in food safety protocol and it's ridiculous to say the least. At the height of the pandemic people were more aware of the importance of being clean regarding all aspects including food safety.

Food is good, however, I highly recommend going into the restaurant itself to order because delivery is never accurate. On more than one occasion I’ve had deliveries two hours late, or they didn’t fulfill my entire order.
