Just went in had to wait for the guy to get off his cell phone. They I proceed to order i hot sub he tells me they turned there oven off. So I ask what time they close he says 9 it's maybe 10 minutes to 8. I say never mind and start to walk out the door. He starts to get mouthy wit me cause I question about the time they closed and the ovens being off July 17

Do not order delivery from Bakery Square. Order confirmed at 11:19am for ASAP. Delivered 12:46pm when store is 0.9 mi from residence. No drink with order when fountain drink listed on receipt. Straw in bag!

I went to Jimmy John’s today Friday June 20th around 5pm to try the new toasted sandwich the cashier/sandwich maker was extremely miserable her entire vibe made me sick to my stomach I told her thank you several times and she said nothing in return that girl had so much hate in her heart I was scared to eat my sandwich $29.00 was spent and I honestly regret it

We called about our delivery and was told it's through Doordash on weekends because their drivers is off on weekends. But it's a weekday it's Friday and was told we ordered at 3pm but our or order was for 6pm. I asked for a code or something for Doordash to ask them about our and Jimmy John's decided to hang up on me.

6/9/25 I ordered lunch for myself and a coworker to be delivered. I called back because they forgot my drink and the guy who answered was Sooo rude and Ignorant telling me to come get the drink and when I asked to speak with someone else he had to tell me that they are going to say the same but they didn’t. Whoever that guy is DOES NOT NEED TO BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was Rude and Disappointing.

Every time we have ordered from this specific place, at least something is wrong. For the past couple times, they have forgotten items. Tonight, after not ordering FOR OVER 3 MONTHS, me and my dad wanted a sub, and decided to order here. We get it, my dads is fine, but keep in mind i got a slim 6 without avocodo, but when i open my sub up, ITS FILLED WITH AVOCODO. I cant even describe how mad i am at this. Also, it doesnt taste that good for the price.
I personally LOVE Jimmy John’s. I come here regularly and this place doesn’t disappoint. The employees are so friendly, and always make my sandwich perfectly. Definitely a 10/10 experience

This is not only the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever seen, but the slowest sandwich shop of any kind. Customers consistently wait 20-30min for one sandwich. The staff shows no motivation or concern for accomplishing anything in any given timeframe. If you can get lunch anywhere else at all, I highly recommend it.

Ordered through the Jimmy John's app. They contracted Uber Eats to deliver my food. The driver did not bring my drink. When I called the store to inform them of the mistake, they said there was nothing they could do and that I should call Uber Eats to fix the issue. They did not offer to credit the drink or anything else but told me to try again on Monday when a JJ driver could bring me a drink.
Edit: forgot that they hung up on me twice in the process.
Find the hair on my sandwich I feel like they just do it on purposely I was reading the reviews. Somebody else also find hair ! don’t go there.

The black girl with glasses, chubby and short, who took my order was very rude. She interacted with a horrible attitude and it carried over when she went to make my sandwiches. She made them wrong and I reminder her of how they were ordered and she got belligerent with me. We argued back and forth and I asked for her name. She refused to give me her name so I could call the manager. At this point she started slamming my sandwiches and treating them with disrespect. I told her I wanted a refund and to give me my money back because I did not deserve to be treated badly because she seemed to be having a bad day. She claim she voided the order, I will be checking bank receipts to ensure this. During this time, I noticed the other employee, with dreadlocks, on his phone and plugging in a charger with gloves on that he was preparing food with. He then started cleaning dishes, used his phone again and then proceeding to cutting the cucumber. ALL IN THE SAME GLOVES. Very unsanitary! This location has gone downhill in a major way! And I will not visit this location again.

Stopped in @7pm, lights were dim to give the appearance of being closed. That should've been my clue to stay away. The look of disappoint from staff as I entered, stale bread, chip rack selection limited, no ice tea, no coke, no root beer. The place looked clean otherwise. Just a few staff members running someones business into the ground.
