I always like going to this Jimmy John's the staff are always super nice and super quick. Ive never had an order made wrong either. This store also has a great Playlist going every time I come in

Ordered on app 1 hr prior to pickup and worker still said he needed 15 minutes upon arrival.

This Jimmy John's in Bakery Square serves sandwiches, wraps, sides, desserts, and drinks. For lunch I ordered a small Turkey Tom submarine sandwich and a bottled water, and the employees gave them to me in a reasonable amount of time. The dining area had some tables and chairs. I really liked the freshness and flavors of my Turkey Tom.

I walked into the restaurant and there were 2 employees there. One sitting at a table eating, and another in the back behind the counter working. Neither looked up for 10 minutes. Finally the employee behind the counter acknowledged me and took my order. I order an Italian club, no oil/vinegar made it a meal. He must have realized that I had been standing there for a while so he just charged me for the sandwich. I thanked him. Sandwich was made quickly and I left. I at the sandwich driving down the st, but obviously was so hungry I didnt realize I was missing the meat. Lol. Only because I am at my destination and can appreciate the taste of the sandwich did I realize I was just eating lettuce, tomato, oregano and mayo. Smh. I dont have the energy to call, go back or to be angry. But $9.51 for bread, shredded lettuce, tomato, mayo and oregano is Crazy work. I've attached a photo. I was that hungry.... smh. LOL.

I can’t speak on the food as I poked in for some help and direction but can say that Tali was super kind and helpful. Lots of love for that yinzer kindness.
I recently had a bad experience with this jimmy john's location, but they made up the difference because of our bad experience. They were very apologetic and helpful to resolve my issues regarding the order. I would recommend this location. :)

I ordered for take out a giant #6 and Little John #3 and a Little John #4 with added pickles on each.The music playing was so loud that I couldn't hear the cashier that well and had to ask her to repeat several times.I don't know how w Ed ll she heard me but the order was wrong When I got home and opened the Little John's that were actually regular sizes the assembly was roughly put together .I had to disassemble each and redo each .

9/25: Some of the worst service I’ve ever received. Walked in and said ‘hello’ to the guy behind the register (Kevin?) who just stared at me, not saying anything at all. I double down and say hi again, with the same response - not even a sound. I ask if everything’s okay, and he just grunts. This should be unacceptable for Jimmy John’s; if I didn’t love the sandwich so much, and if I wasn’t able to watch them make it myself, I would’ve just walked out.

Friendly staff, the man at the counter added lettuce to my sandwich even though I forgot to ask when I ordered
I am here for lunch 2-3 times per week. Are they sometimes busy; yes. But the shop is always clean, the sandwiches have always been as ordered, and the staff has always been friendly. I will keep coming back!

The food was delicious but the service was abysmal. The man taking our order stood bent over basically hiding behind the cash register playing on his phone. He wouldn't stand up to take our order. Then when the order was ready the other man simply stood with the bag. We asked if that was our order and he wouldn't even verbally respond. He simply shook the bag at us. If I were the manager I would fire them both.
It was very clear that me walking into the store at 7:30 was a major annoyance to the employees. I wasn’t greeted and was made to feel that I was interrupting their day. The sandwiches we ordered took FOREVER to make. When we got home to eat we found that 3 out of the 4 sandwiches we ordered were incorrect. This location had really gone down hill. Won’t return.

Just went in had to wait for the guy to get off his cell phone. They I proceed to order i hot sub he tells me they turned there oven off. So I ask what time they close he says 9 it's maybe 10 minutes to 8. I say never mind and start to walk out the door. He starts to get mouthy wit me cause I question about the time they closed and the ovens being off July 17
