6/9/25 I ordered lunch for myself and a coworker to be delivered. I called back because they forgot my drink and the guy who answered was Sooo rude and Ignorant telling me to come get the drink and when I asked to speak with someone else he had to tell me that they are going to say the same but they didn’t. Whoever that guy is DOES NOT NEED TO BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was Rude and Disappointing.

I personally LOVE Jimmy John’s. I come here regularly and this place doesn’t disappoint. The employees are so friendly, and always make my sandwich perfectly. Definitely a 10/10 experience

Update. ISSUE WAS RESOLVED. They had to close due to issues with their machines and issued a refund. I updated my Star rating to reflect the usual times I've been there.Original review: Do not order. I ordered pickup online but when I came, it was closed. The location should have been open. Now trying to figure out how to get a refund.
