We have been customers for over fifteen years. Never had a below par meal. I especially like the spring/ egg rolls. The portions are large and the service is quick and efficient. We mainly go the Old Freeport Rd. location, but tried the Cranberry location and had a similar experience.

Server was very nice and extremely helpful when navigating the menu for GF items. Food was ok. I got GF Shrimp dumpling which were very plain/bland. Entree; GF Spicy Cantonese Noodles w/ chicken. I liked it, but felt it was missing something (I know, "gluten"). Would have liked more flavor, but spice level was perfect for me. I did have some mild/moderate symptoms after eating here.

Went there for dinner tonight. Overall was good and had good service. Price was fair. Would go back again. The restaurant was fairly business but they seemed to have the place running smoothly

Absolutely delicious!! Excellent food. Prepared perfectly. We had the egg roll (shrimp & pork filling), California rolls, shrimp dumpling, shanghai soup dumplings and shrimp lo mein. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The service is impeccably professional and kind.

It was very delicious Chinese food. I am Japanese. I thought. The taste was the same as at the highest quality restaurants in Yokohama Chinatown. It reminded me of Japan. Chicken noodle soup has a very mild taste. I think the classic dumplings are the most recommended. My husband and I are truck drivers, and we will definitely come back to this restaurant again.

I have been getting take out food from this restaurant for as long as I can remember (?10 years) and this time , it was most disappointing. The rice was acceptable. The General Tso's chicken was greasy and tasteless- NOTHING like I have ever had from this restaurant. The chicken with broccoli was also bland. If I hadn't picked it up from the restaurant my self, I would have thought it was switched with something from another restaurant. I have ALWAYS been OK with paying top dollar for top notch -high quality food, but this time I wasted my $$$$. Will not be going back.

This is the best place as always to go! We had the best experience tonight with a feast of the fish fry sandwiches and soooo much sushi and cocktails. Shoutout to our amazing host/hostess who made our experience so memorable. We can not wait to return and hang out here again!

Had an amazing meal at Jimmy Wan's and I have nothing but good things to say about this place! The bao buns were so soft, which is great because not everywhere I have tried are and these were so delicious. The crab Rangoon is exactly what I think of when I think about an ideal crab rangoon. The sushi was also very good and fresh. Management was also very kind and the staff were hustling (I visited the weekend after Valentine's Day). I will definitely be back to try other menu items.

Love this place but it is for sure the most expensive Chinese around Pittsburgh. Don’t get me wrong, food is awesome. But prices went up about 25% sometime after COVID. Family of 4 is easily $150 with no alcoholic beverages. But once again, food is great and atmosphere is clean and quiet.Parking: When lot is full just park across the street. Only a 45 second walk.

We usually go to a different restaurant for sushi, but went to Jimmy Wan's this week for a change. What a disappointment! The servers were rude and the sushi selection was very limited, far less flavorful, and noticably smaller than the specialty rolls at Taipei. In contrast, the servers at Taipei are friendly and the sushi there is presented in larger portion sizes with delicious toppings. As nice additions, Taipei provides complimentary fried wontons, an array of sauces, and orange slices not offered at Jimmy Wan's. Despite their slightly more updated decor, I regret giving Jimmy Wan's our business and won't make that mistake again. The other low reviews on Google match our negative experience at Jimmy Wan's Fox Chapel location. The high prices do not reflect their mediocre food. There are better restaurants nearby with more courteous service to enjoy!
