Excellent small cafe to grab coffee, do some work, or just sit outside! The specials were super fun, especially liked the Pandan Coconut Latte which are not common flavors around here. Also loved that they sell discounted day old pastries as well as fresh ones! Great neighborhood spot, would absolutely recommend!
What an epic experience. Fantastic service! Will be back!!!

Jitters is probably my favorite coffee shop in Pittsburgh. It’s certainly my favorite cold brew in town. The best part of Jitters, though, is the staff. Wally, Cesar and the rest of the crew are so welcoming and friendly, that it really makes for a great vibe. Definitely skip Big Corporate Coffee the next time you’re in Shadyside and check them out

Moved my son and fiance into an apartment in the area and am a HUGE “The Office” fan and went on Google maps and found Jitters which is sprinkled throughout multiple episodes of The Office and figured I had to go. It was a small coffee/bakery shop and my server it was her first day of training and I was the only customer in line. I loved how the manager/trainer was patient with her because I could hear every word and instruction he gave her. I ordered two muffins and a coffee and after receiving my order I offered to pray over the business and the girl who was training. It was a wonderful experience for me and I hope it was for them too.
Awesome small coffee shop! Great service and helpful barista!
I ordered a white Mocha, and their walnut banana bread. The combination was very good together. Everything was fresh. It’s a cute little cafe. We also ordered a blueberry tart/ pastry and a cappuccino. Both of The ladies in the front working the register were very nice and welcoming.
I love that they have coconut milk as milk alternative
Great coffee, friendly service, Les expensive than the Starbucks across the street.
Service was great. Coffee was fine. The prices online are off by $1-2 so that was disappointing. They should update their website with the actual prices

The best coffee shop in Shadyside hands down. The baristas are so friendly and make me feel so welcome as a Shadyside local.
I got a toasted marshmallow latte and my husband was recommended the red velvet cold brew. We both LOVED our drinks and I almost went again the next day. Only reason I thought about making it a 4 star is the limited seating but that’s about it. The gentleman was very nice, did not catch his name but it’s a taller man 10/10 experience because of him.
Jitters Cafe has great coffee, tasty food, and very friendly service! I always enjoy stopping in for a little treat.
Very nice asian man so funny
Jitters had the best dark roast that I have had in Pittsburgh. The employees are kind, and the vibe is chill and welcoming. If you haven’t, try it and you will see the difference.
