I placed a wings order and waited for about 30 minutes, only for the manager to finally look at me and ask, “Did you need something? Oh right, you ordered wings, didn’t you?” It was honestly laughable.
If I could give any advice to the owners, it would be this: hire attentive and responsible staff. These kinds of employees can really kill your business.

I ordered the white cheese, tomato, and spinach pizza. Delivery was very fast - about 10 minutes earlier than the original estimate of 45 minutes from order time - and the pizza was hot, fresh, and super delicious! Delivery man was very friendly and kind as well.
This kind of experience is really rare nowadays. Post-covid, restaurant quality has been declining while prices increase. So I’m extremely impressed and will definitely be ordering from Joe & Pie again! Thanks guys!! 😀

I was visiting Pittsburgh and was just passing by when I decided to stop and check out Joe and Pie, and I’m so glad I did! Hamid took such great care of me — he went above and beyond, even offering a brotherly discount for the pizzas. I ordered two buffalo chicken and one regular chicken pizza, and every bite was absolutely delicious. The taste was exceptional — fresh, flavorful, and truly addictive!
