I really wanted to like Kassab’s, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. The food was underwhelming — some dishes lacked seasoning, and the portions didn’t quite match the price. Service was slow and inattentive, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. The atmosphere felt a bit tired and could use some refreshing. There’s definitely potential here, but overall, it didn’t meet expectations. Hoping for improvements in the future, because Pittsburgh deserves great Lebanese cuisine.

Red lentil soup was pretty good. Food was otherwise good, not great or groundbreaking but good.

Absolutely delicious. The young man behind the counter was so nice. I have no idea what I ordered, it was one of the chicken entrees. I was just taking a chance with it, and I'll immediately be going back the next time I go out for lunch.

The BEST chicken shawarma sandwich I've ever had. Walnut baklava was heavenly as well. Friendly, awesome service. I'll be back every time I'm in Pittsburgh for sure!

Just ate here today. Food was great and fast. Good price as well. A mandatory visit anytime we come to town.

I had mint flavored tea unsweetened. Baba ganoush, vegetarian grape leaves in lamb shish kebab all the food and service were great.

Elias Kassab is so cute

Elias Kassab has to be the greatest server I have ever had!! He was so kind and made sure I had everything I could need to enjoy my experience. I would give him alone 5 stars if I was able, he always deserves a heavy tip!!! 😝
