I love Kassab's. Great food. The sleek is incredible, stuffed grape leaves are wonderful, hummus is really fresh, and their sandwiches are awesome. I often pick the mezza platter for a lunch meeting, and everyone has always loved it. Eating good, and eating healthy!

Solid food, service, and atmosphere. We went on a Tuesday night and didn't need reservations. The Lamb Sheesh Kabob and Chicken Sheesh Tawook were excellent. This might sound silly, but the house salads almost stole the show. We loved the dressing.Parking: On a Tuesday night, there is plenty of parking in the South Side.

This place offers authentic Lebanese food, from mezza/dips to salads to grilled meat and sandwiches. I tried fattouch salad, vegetarian stuffed grape leaves, and kafta kebab with mjadra. I liked all of them, but I wish the kafta was made with Lebanese 7 spices, and the fattoush didn't have parsley roots. The stuffed grape leaves hit a sweet spot. Make sure you squeeze lemon and add some salt to them. They were served warm. Overall, this was a solid meal.

We're in town from Dearborn MI where amazing middle eastern food is literally on every corner. Kassab's blew it out of the water! So glad we tried it. Good kids working the dining room...I'm guessing it may be a family business which I love even more!

Last night was my first meal at Kassabs post Covid and I was looking forward to it as I had enjoyed many meals there in the past. The lentil spinach soup and sleek were reheated mush. To make matters worse, the waiter, a young man, would not simply accept my comments and/or try to make ammends. He argued with me.Ali Babas in Oakland and Pitaland in Brookline, noth a stones throw from the Southside offer excellent fresh cooked food in the same genre. I would suggest that your customers go to either, including for true customer oriented service.
