Kelly O's Diner in the Strip

Owner got extremely aggressive and kicked us out after we ordered food. We brought other food in from somewhere else and she came up to us and embarrassed us in front of a full restaurant threatening to call the police. Never dining here again

I love this little spot for dining in and takeout. The food is always good and the service is always great too!! My go to is always the build your own omelet, but there are so many other things I want to try. I've never been disappointed. Take out orders are super quick too.

Our breakfast at Kelly O’s was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in Pittsburgh, almost entirely because of the “manager.” From the start, she was unfriendly and inattentive, taking forever to seat us even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. When we asked for a minute to look over the menu, she literally picked up her phone and stayed glued to it—ignoring us for several minutes while we sat there waiting.

Then came the jaw-dropping moment: she yelled across the restaurant at another staff member in front of every customer, saying “She needs to find a new job if she’s going to ask off so much.” Absolutely unprofessional and humiliating for that employee—and incredibly uncomfortable for everyone else.

To top it off, the manager herself looked like a walking stereotype of her behavior—rocking the infamous Kate Gosselin “Karen” haircut while treating both customers and staff poorly. It was almost too on the nose.

The food? Just okay. But it didn’t matter. The unprofessionalism, rudeness, and toxic attitude from management ruined the entire experience. Shame on Kelly O’s for letting someone like that represent their business.

We were visiting Pittsburgh recently and went to Kelly O's Diner. Can I say fabulous Yinzers! I tried an eggs Benedict dish that included pierogi and kielbasa. Now if you think that sounds heavy, don't worry it's not it's wonderful. They have lots of dishes you're used to, but give one of their specialty dishes a try. You won't be worry, you'll be extremely happy. Yum 😋.

Evey time we travel to Pittsburgh we make certain to stop by Kelly O's for breakfast. Great food, fast service. Shout out to the Saturday morning busboy... way to hustle, Kid!

A group of 6 of us went here for breakfast. It was fantastic. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed it so much we went back the following day. Next time I'm in Pittsburgh, I'll head there for breakfast!

Food was soooo good. The cinnamon roll was probably the best I’ve ever had. Eggs Benedict was really good and I’m picky. Fresh squeezed orange juice? Omg yes.

10/10 diner! Met Kelly O herself and had a great conversation. Ordered a make your own omelette, it was fantastic. Our waitress was great and the coffee never stopped coming. Can’t wait to go back

Stumbled on this place this weekend. 6 people found outside seating at 9:00 am no problem.

Then even more surprised by how good the food was. Server was great too. Will be back
