Was looking for a place open late that served pierogies, was not disappointed at all! They were a nice size and super delicious. We ordered a cocktail and beer, along with two French Dip sandwiches. If you want a big heaping portion of coleslaw THIS is the place to go. Good music, great vibes, will be returning on my next trip.
Vegetarian options: Few of their sandwiches were vegetarian (meat substituted with seitan) but unfortunately they didn’t have any more seitan. Must be good!

Great local spot. Dive bar vibe but good service and yummy reasonably priced food. They do daily drink specials and also often have food specials. The burgers are awesome and if it’s your first time you have to try the mac and cheese, it’s worth the wait!

Amazing local spot and excellent cocktails and draft selection. I have to try the mac which I have heard is incredible. Don’t tell anyone about it because we want to keep it to ourselves!! 😆

Townie bar. Not dive bar. Two different things. Enjoyed the drinks and service, made to feel uncomfortable at 1130 when told they’re closing even though the hours say 2 am. FIX THE HOURS.
There’s not a better spot for bar food and drink in S’liberty. Don’t skip the Mac n cheese.

Edited to add that we reported to Google that it is a bar and not a restaurant. Google agreed and made the change.
With a full menu, and listed on Google as an "American Restaurant" we went for lunch, at noon, with our 3 year old grandson for his favorite-Mac & cheese. We drove an hour and paid for parking.
Upon entering we were immediately and rudely told to leave by the bartender and told it is their policy to not allow anyone under 21 and that they are NOT a restaurant but a bar only. That is obviously not true. We have been there many times, and their full menu is prominent on their website.
Just FYI, PA law does not prohibit minors in a bar when with an adult. There is also nothing on their Google info, or on their website, about it being 21+ only. While they are privately owned and can have whatever rule they want, they should classify themselves as a bar on Google, and should be clear about their 21+ rule.

I have been coming to Kelly’s since 1992. My father Todd Henderson worked there in high school. I’ve known it my whole life. The waiter Tara was extremely disrespectful. She started off by coming to our table apologizing for taking long and using profanity while attending to every white table before she came to ours. She then took our order and proceeded to go back to a white table and talk before placing our order with the kitchen. After we complained with Monica, the waiter Tara came to our table and was EXTREMELY disrespectful accusing us of “stiffing her for a tip” on multiple occasions and said she will no longer serve a black table. We have never met her before in our lives! She ignored us all night while taking shots of alcohol with patrons at an all white table across from us. This establishment has treated patrons of color differently on multiple occasions but I’ve always swept it under the rug. So if your a person of color BE CAREFUL. The food is excellent & you get the bang for your buck but the service to African Americans is definitely harsh. It’s Pittsburgh tho so I guess it comes with the territory.

Really good pierogies! 10 for $10 classic cheese and potato pierogies, perfect for two people and delicious. The drinks were crazy strong though. We had one drink and were blasted (I had like 3 sips of mine). If you can handle your booze, def get going to Kelly's - if you're a lightweight like us, maybe share a drink or get something from a bottle like a cider 🥴
