Pulled up at 8pm on a Wednesday, doors were locked! Noticed a lady inside and back door open so I drove thru the drive through but no lights on at all.. completely dark. As I was pulling out a nice gentleman approached the window and said the dinning room was closed and the lights were burnt out on the drive through. He asked what we wanted. It was hard not having a menu to look at.
The man was helpful.
Then a kid in all black came from around the corner in all black wearing a black ski mask and popped himself up and sat up on the counter top where the food is put.
My daughters thought they we being robbed. Never the less, 30 some dollar's and all the food was old cold and stale.
COMPLETELY DISGUSTING!
NOTHING LIKE IT USED TO BE.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
I KNOW I NEVER WILL AGAIN!
U HAVE BEEN WARNED.

This place absolutely sucks. They messed up my order by not giving me my full order. The place looks abandoned minus the lights being on in the lobby with the sign outside not working the drive-through menu light not working the parking lot being absolutely destroyed save your money and go to shop and save next-door to grab a rotisserie chicken. It’s healthier and probably will taste a lot better than the junk that you’ll get here I definitely will not be returning

I went to this location today and I can say it was the worst, I spent $38 for dry cold chicken, grant it the sides were good, but the chicken was a bust, I will never go to this location again

Service at the counter was prompt. That is the onlyb good thing I can say. Visited 6pm on a Wednesday. Dining room was litered with garbage on the floor and tables 80% dirty. Kitchen also looked dirty and cluttered. Restaurant reeked of weed and the drive through worker was walking around behind the counter with his hand constantly down the front of his pants. (Did not see any hand washing) Workers were blaring music from their phones and talking and swearing loudly. The food was slopped together in a soggy bowl. Not a clean or accommodating experience. Not a lot of pride in this store from workers and it showed in their empty restaurant. Will not go again and will tell anyone I meet that a dump this place is.

They are very dirty bathroom floating. Trying to talk to manager but they didn't care. Employees are dirty. Never ever gonna come here

I placed an order through Uber Eats & it took these guys forever to prepare. The app specifically asked me for two different sauces for the tenders & these folks included neither of them. They didn't give me a straw for the drink either. Judging from the other comments this store seems to be lacking. I hope they can get their act together cuz the food ain't bad.

My orders are seldom correct. I ordered extra biscuits and honey sauce. They were not included. The receipt indicated the order was double checked but did not indicate by who. I guess they skipped that step.

Staff deliberately misfilled the order. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a 3 piece meal with all white meat and they put 2 thighs and a leg instead of what the receipt shows as 2 breast and a wing. I would have preferred the upcharge instead of being short changed on the order. This is the second time my order was done wrong. I stayed away in hopes that upon another visit something would change for the better. I was mistaken.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness.

I've ordered 5 times through DoorDash and went twice through the drive thru. All 7 times I've asked for no gravy on the mashed potatoes and gotten gravy every time. This last time when I caught it before leaving and complaining I was told if I didn't like to not come back!
All because I had the audacity to get what I've paid for! Btw,on two occasions I was told they ran out of chicken. At least DoorDash refunds part of your money when a mistake is made time after time. As far as KFC,I still love it and will eat it but the Mt. Oliver store will never get my business again.
