Probably the worst KFC in Pittsburgh I always feel sick after I eat here they make me wait 30 minutes to an hour just for something that you only take five minutes. I would avoid this KFC. The one in Bellevue is way better.

I placed an order for pick-up and went through the drive-thru. When I arrived I was told my order would take another 20 minutes, and was instructed to park and come inside to pick it up. Despite receiving an app notification that my food was ready, I was again told inside that it would be another 20 minutes. At this time, we were the only customers present—there was no one inside or in the drive-thru. While we waited, we noticed the employees gathering their belongings and preparing to leave, even though there was still an hour before closing. They repeatedly made comments about wanting to go home, which came across as passive-aggressive and unprofessional. After about 30 minutes, another customer walked in and was not greeted; it took several moments before an employee approached him, and even then the worker’s body language and facial expressions suggested a lack of interest in helping him. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I do not plan to return to this location. I understand it was late at night, but that does not excuse disrespectful or dismissive service, and I did not appreciate how the situation was handled.

The chicken buckets are horrible here, don't order anything other a chicken sandwich or sides at this place. They gave me the wrong order multiple times, I ordered honey bbq wings and got the regular. Staff are horrible at customer service, appalled at the quality of this branch.

The rewards KFC offers is useless.If they had it like other restaurants where you can give them a number or scan your phone, but no you have to order online and I am online. It's inconvenient. I would go a lot more if they would change it. Also the people at the windows I ask for a certain side and they say , you ca n t get mashed potatoes with that, only Mac and cheese, now who's really gonna know if they give me a small side of potatoes instead of Mac and cheese, they act like FBI is watching them so they can't change it, it's just ridiculous.
