This place was a serious disappointment. The food was barely hot. I had no ice for the drinks, the food tasted very very old. I worked at a KFC many years ago, so I know how things work. this KFC, there were no cars there, there were no people eating it was empty. So I know the food sat for a long time.

I thought it was just them saying their sandwich was just bigger than the others. I assume they were literally saying it's now a bigger sandwich.
My KFC chicken sandwich was HUGE! The chicken breast was bigger than my hand. I don't take pictures a lot but I should have taken one.
I'll have to go again to see if it was a fluke.

After seeing the commercial I decided to try the new spicy chicken sandwich. Overall, it was very good! Compared to Wendy's the piece of chicken was bigger and also the price of the sandwich was cheaper than Wendy's which is great. Only downside is that the spicy chicken sandwich at Wendy's is actually spicy and this is not, well, maybe a tiny little bit. But this could be stepped waaaay up. The coleslaw was very good as well. The wait time wasn't bad at the drive thru. I will definitely have this sandwich again.

I got the pleasure to have my order taken by a young lady named Jamie. She was very polite, and extremely prompt at getting my large to go order ready. 5 star service !! Ty
Went through the drive thru, I’m not a frequent customer so I was unfamiliar with what is available. I guess took too long for their liking. I got ice cold fries and none of the sauces that I ordered.

The employe there didn’t even know if my order was made yet. When the lady asked for help the other employees were just standing around talking and using inappropriate language Without helping.
I pulled up to the drive thru. The person on the headset s I’ll be with you in a minute or you can come in. I said ok, and put my car in park. Two minutes later she comes back over the speaker and says you can come inside, I proceeded to say I didn’t want to come inside that’s why I’m waiting. She then says no I’m telling you, you need to come inside. I came thru the driver thru because there are sleeping kids in the car. I don’t mind waiting at the drive thru to order. But I do mind dealing with pissed off kids because I have to wake them up to even try and order my food. Like there was no reason for her to be snappy about it.

they have no idea what they are doing. place isnt busy at all and they still mess up orders, get orders mixed up. they're just completely lost

NO AC, OSHA violating heat levels, soda was all syrup, bad attitude,cold food was warm it's so hot, didnt even give sauces AND it's slow..people walking in because employees forgot they were in drive through. Kitchen was visibly unhygienic. WORST KFC IN THE COUNTRY.

Always gets my order right every time I go. Showed up 5 minutes before close and everyone was so nice. I wanted chicken nuggets and mashed potatoes but they were out of nuggets, I felt bad for even showing up so late so I just said the mashed potatoes were okay. We drove away with mashed potatoes and some left over fried chicken I assume would be dumped. Thank you guys!!!

I stopped by today to pick up dinner on my way home. As I arrived, an employee was standing right at the front door smoking a cigar, which felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. When I walked in, there was no one at the front counter to assist customers. Behind the counter, the garbage was overflowing onto the floor, and I noticed a cooking device being held together with what looked like a makeshift cord — a serious safety concern. I ended up walking out without ordering. This place really needs to get it together: keep the facility clean, maintain proper equipment, and don’t allow employees to smoke right next to the entrance.
The workers who touch your food, don’t wear gloves.
