I order takeout online yesterday, spent $62 for 13 piece meal and tenders . The chicken was dry , burnt and had no chicken breast in the bucket the Mac and cheese was dry and lumpy.will never go again and don't recommend.

“Famous” is quite a stretch for $6 potatoes and corn with 5 chicken nuggets on top. The service is good at this location, and the chicken tasted good. Not a good value for fast food.Parking: About 15 spots can fill up fast, but the drive thru moves quickly at this location.

Ordered takeout Got home missing 2 fries and 2 biscuits .My food bowl was cold . Went back 6 miles to get them .Kids alweady ate nuggets 20 minutes ago I asked for two $8 bowls instead of the fries and bisquits .I spent $8 tor gas Igot attitaude andlooks .KFC is too expensive, employees and mgr need to work on attitude Never going back Food sucks anyway

My love towards KFC made me twice to go at Clairton Rd KFC even though my wife said NO. Both experiences were bad. Come on people how do you guys surviving by selling awful food with so much salty and not freshly made items. The fries were tasteless, hard and crispy less meaning cold. The popcorn chickens and fried chicken were old and nasty. I hope owner of this franchise might be seeing these comments and may improve in his rest of the life before KFC can take their ownership.. I wasted my money and time, not sure if I go again in any other KFC in my life.. !!

I love KFC because who doesn't?! The only reason I rated 4 out of 5 stars is because the app mobile order quick pickup time was off by a good 10 minutes.
