Terrible. Was inside for 10 mins drinking water waiting for my family and the manager comes to tell my boyfriend and I we have 5 mins until we have to leave. I was shocked, we did nothing but sit there and talk to each other. I have no idea if it was because we had water to start or what but there was a guy sitting right next to us came in the same time as us and got water as well he said NOTHING to him. lol absolutely disgusting. Discrimination at its finest.

Went there on a Friday at 7 doors locked 5 workers inside no one working including manager … workers eating on the floor and no line in drive through manager took phone to the bathroom for at least 5 minutes … a PRT driver on break was there and left.. so I could imagine the money they missed but wonder why they get paid $10 a hour smh

Food either sat for a while or not ready you have to wait in the parking lot the employees are unprofessional you see them either eating or high and you have to repeat your self several times for them to hear what your saying, its a real unprofessional atmosphere sometimes, and it makes you question the quality of the food ,because of the low quality of the service ,but sometimes the service is great and so is the food I think it's a problem with poor management on somedays so I won't say it's a problem with the entire place and give them a 3 although if they where consistent with maintaining high quality standards it wouldn't be an issue

Uncommon Sense

First I sit in the line....with a grand total of two other cars. The wait to get my order taken was around 15 minutes then I order 3 orders of nuggets. Nothing crazy and I'm told to go park for another 10m while they cook the food. Maybe it was the 8 minutes or so of silence at the intercom, without a simple "I'll be right with you".....none of that. Just dead silence for 10m.Then give me the wrong flavor nuggets? Just a sad state of affairs. Good luck to these workers. Just sad. Nobody cares I'm sure. 30m I just spent at KFC to get the wrong order.Rad. At least no one was mean or spit on me. That's the quality of service now.....I'm just happy no one spit in my face and or attacked me. They're probably short handed.....but keep it real, they dont care.You dont pay them enough to care and it's what I get for stopping at KFC.
