This place needs to be shut down any time you go they either don't have items or when you order the food is just thrown together with no care I ordered a 2 famous bowls an they both only had 4 popcorn chicken peices in it an only one scoop of mashed potatoes when i ordered it with extra asked potatoes extra corn an gravy an bowl wasn't even half way full if I was you I would either find another kfc which the closes is New Ken an it ain't much better last time going to kfc sorry but theyve gone down hill since I moved to the area 4 yrs ago

My husband and I picked up take out. We got home excited to eat. Mmmm who doesn't love chicken tenders? We got a 20 piece! The 1st bite I had I spit out. Something is wrong, it's sour and tough a shoe leather! Not at all how I remember KFC chicken. So I thought we'll just try another one. It was just as bad. My husband agreed. Something was very wrong. I believe this chicken is rancid. Beware! I spent $40.00 for food I through right in the trash! So very disappointed...not the KFC we grew up loving.

Just visited minutes ago 11:18 on a Friday . Barbara, a very nice lady , Thoughtful and helpful ! She knows customer! We love the fries the best ! Chicken is perfect also .

Absolutely the worse! Do not go here at night. The food has sat all day. Nothing is made fresh at this these hours. These places do not want to make fresh food this time of the evening. They are just trying to sell off what they have sitting in their case. I wish there were some way to get management to change their ways about how to serve great food during these late night hours. The KFC in Harmarville fails horribly! Do yourself a favor and ride by!

We placed an order for a 16 pcs bucket with no wings to go; replace wings with drumstick or thighs: we would even pay an up charge for this service.We get home and the wings were in the the bucket. Also, the chicken must have been two days old and really bad tasting; we could not tell this had a 11 herbs and spices. We will never buy KFC chicken here or any other KFC locations from this point moving forward.from here on. It’s Popeyes Chicken for us. I can see why KFC is going down the drain; there is no customer service and the chicken is awful!!!!
