Ordered the chicken pot pie and there was no chicken in the pie. Wasted $6.99

I waited 15 minutes for someone to get my carry out order when I ordered online. They told me that they were waiting on the biscuits and didn't take my name then I persisted to wait 15 minutes when someone else got my name, they grabbed my food that has been sitting there the whole time. They messed up my order and shorted biscuits. I paid $40 for a family meal that was cold and messed up.

Service at this location was good. Original Chicken was overcooked, dry, & dark. Wasn't as delicious this time, as in other times 4 this location. Took order 2 someone in the hosp so It was a disappointment on the chicken quality. The sides received were delicious & not over done. Biscuits were soft & tasty.

We came at 9 they close at 10:30 we got chicken littles, nuggets, fries. The bread on the chicken littles were hard as a rock and the fries were cold and hard as well. I know that when you get food at night it can be hit or miss. But I spend $27 dollars I don’t think it’s too much to ask for it to be edible. I mean I couldn’t eat half of my meal! That’s messed up especially in the economy I don’t have money to be waste on food that can’t be eaten. 0/10 would NOT recommend!

9/25/25 @ 12:10. I ordered the four piece meal and an extra side of mac and cheese thru the drive thru. It's a 20-minute drive for me and never thought to check the bag. We did not get the 2 mashed potatoes or the macaroni and cheese. When I called to let them know he just said well come on down it's here. I'm not going to pick up food that's over a half an hour old in their window, and I told him that I was 20 minutes away. Then he says well, you can stop in and we will replace it for you another time. Really I'm pretty sure most people would like to have chicken with their mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. He went to hang up never telling me how they would know who I was. I had to ask him. He was not very nice on the phone at all and frankly sounded annoyed that he had to talk to me. I understand mistakes happen but the fact that he could not even say he was sorry for the inconvenience was really inappropriate and rude for a business.
I will say the chicken and biscuits that we did receive were good.

7/16/25, 6 pm Ordered the $7 dollar chicken fill meal
Chicken was clearly left over from earlier in the day and was very dry , the mashed potato serving was only filled about 1/3 . From now on going next door to Popeyes .

Did not give me silverware for my mashed potatoes. Asked for salt and pepper and was told by the drive thru worker there wasn't any then a manager heard him and said that there was and sent someone to go get it and fill their station. My biscuit was smashed into pieces.

This place is never open this is the third time unless then a month that I've been here and it's closed 11:18 a.m. and it's closed always have signs up close due to maintenance how much maintenance can one place need

I generally don’t leave reviews for restaurants but this was the worst kfc I’ve ever had. Will be sticking to Popeyes from here on out.
Chicken was soggy at best, Mac n cheese was just bad. Ruined my lunch.

Got to KFC before the lunch rush. Food was good but the place is dirty. You could tell the floor hadn't been mopped and the restroom hadn't been cleaned
