This location is constantly closing way earlier than it’s supposed to. I work in customer service and when we say we close at (insert time) we serve until said time, not say we’re closed 30mins-an hour early. Terrible management.

I gave this location this rating because you can almost never dine-in at this location. I understand there is probably no staff to work this section of the resteraruant. The staff who are there are attentive and nice, but I find the inconvenience of being able to sit inside to eat is a detterant to my going there anymore.

Been a while since I ordered from this location, now I remember why. Ordered online, arrived 15 minutes later and received notification that my order was ready. As I head toward the entrance one of the workers was helping two guys work on their car in the parking lot. She yelled over to me that they were closed…at 7:50 pm on a Saturday.

This is pathetic. Why are the doors locked on a lazy Saturday, with only the drive thru open? It wasn't busy at all and yet this is how the store is run? I'm not a hard man to please but honestly this is disappointing to a massive degree.

KFC is really going downhill. This location used to be great, but today, not so much. A 4-piece combo meal with an extra side now costs $17. Extra crispy chicken was very greasy and lacking seasoning. No biscuit with the combo meal I ordered. Pieces are small and do not have much meat on them. I don't mind paying for.a good meal but this really wasn't it.
Drive-through service was polite and efficient but disinterested.

On my last visit I ordered a 3 piece fried chicken meal, and they gave me tenders. Which were good, so I let it go.
Doubt, I will return.

What happened to this place? Door handle missing on entrance, floor greasy, no air conditioning, bathroom out of order, big hole in wall, to top it off, the worker walks in wreaking of fresh marijuana. Then they said they were out of chicken. We left before anything else could happen. Please clean this place up! What a dump!

This is the second time that I have ordered chicken and waffles from this place and have not received Chicken and waffles. I just got a full refund for my meal because you guys refuse to send waffles with the chicken. I'm pregnant and now I'm mad and hungry because this is not what I wanted. Don't advertise something if you don't have it. And how about don't fill orders if you don't have something. At least I can eat my potatoes but it's hardly a complete meal and it's definitely not what I ordered. Save your time and save your money because now it's 9:40 at night and I'm scrambling to figure something else out because KFC ON RODI ROAD are INCAPABLE of filling an order correctly. I work in the restaurant business myself and I would be embarrassed if this was my crew and this was the work that they put out. And you want to charge almost as much as you would pay for a sit-down Chinese meal. The service is so subpar.... The prices should be lowered to match!!!

They have halal chicken here from Mar-Jac in Georgia. The service is bad & slow. You can easily stand there for five minutes, alone at the counter, ignored, before anyone comes to ask what you need. Orders can easily take 30 minutes or more to fulfill. My pickup order was scheduled for 1:45 & I went late knowing they are slow, but I still had to wait another 20 minutes in the store. This store desperately needs someone to fix equipment & train employees for customer service.

Floor was slippery or greasy, table was all sticky. This was a disgusting place to sit down and eat lunch. There were no napkins around to wipe down the table and there were no paper towels in the bathroom either.
