We ordered the 20 piece chicken from 210 Rodi Rd KFC. They must be using new oil because the chicken tasted terrible, definitely not finger licking good. 1/7/2026. Terrible the outside crispy was inedible. NOT THE COLONEL’s recipe!

I just had the best bucket of chicken in my life at KFC! This manager must be on the ball, because She/He definitely changes the frying oil! You can tell that the chicken wasn't over fried or greasy! Great tasting! Most of the time I get chicken at KFC, it's over fried and greasy! I'll be coming back to this place!

Doing Door Dash and got an order for this store. Manager came in late and told me they would be five minutes, I have been waiting for 25 minutes and they still did not open nor did I hear anything from them.

Terrible. Avoid if you can. I ordered a family meal only to be told the wait is 20minutes because they had no chicken. I couldnt wait at the window because their timer would run so I had to sit in the parking lot and come back to the drive through when i thought it would be ready. They didn't even offer to bring it out. I went back for my order only to find out it was wrong, cold and the potatoes still had dry mix in it. I drove back to get fresh potatoes and the girl gave me 2 side cups and not 2 large sides and walked away. I had to get her attention by knocking on the window and showing her i ordered 2 large sides. She gave me those and those still had some dry mix in them as well. Terrible all around

Avoid this one. Ordered online but never got food. Doors were locked. No one would acknowledge the drive thru. A couple of people were inside but they refused to acknowledge me or anyone else who was there also waiting. Never got my food. Have sent an email to corporate, have chatted and called and still no refund. Filing a claim with my bank and we'll file a claim with the BBB for theft.

1st time going to this location, ordered online, I show up 10-15 minutes later after I placed the order & the lobby is locked, I’m told they ran out of chicken & it’d be 20 min unless I wanted extra crispy & I said I do not want extra crispy chicken, 30 min later I get my food with a warm fountain drink & extra crispy chicken.

Also the lady at the window had a full lip of dip in her mouth, hey to each their own but it just added to the whole place seemed disgusting & I won’t go back there

Ordered online today and tracked the order. When my spouse went to pick it up no one came to the window and the door was locked. He banged and I tried calling. Finally someone came to the door and told him he must not have stopped at the speaker (he did) then proceeded to tell him the order wasn’t ready. The online tracking showed the order had been ready for 15 minutes while he was trying to get someone to acknowledge his presence! Now he has to wait until they quote unquote cook the food! Oh but they offered to give me something for free! Horrible Horrible Horrible establishment! I won’t be ordering from here again! Funny though they immediately charge your card when you place your online order!

This location is constantly closing way earlier than it’s supposed to. I work in customer service and when we say we close at (insert time) we serve until said time, not say we’re closed 30mins-an hour early. Terrible management.

I gave this location this rating because you can almost never dine-in at this location. I understand there is probably no staff to work this section of the resteraruant. The staff who are there are attentive and nice, but I find the inconvenience of being able to sit inside to eat is a detterant to my going there anymore.

Been a while since I ordered from this location, now I remember why. Ordered online, arrived 15 minutes later and received notification that my order was ready. As I head toward the entrance one of the workers was helping two guys work on their car in the parking lot. She yelled over to me that they were closed…at 7:50 pm on a Saturday.

This is pathetic. Why are the doors locked on a lazy Saturday, with only the drive thru open? It wasn't busy at all and yet this is how the store is run? I'm not a hard man to please but honestly this is disappointing to a massive degree.
