Horrible food! Chicken sandwich cold & looked like day old food seriously! I previously owned & operated a restaurant. what has happened to serve safe & Hot food temperature requirements? Bathroom was a mess no soap. All corners dirty with build up. All floors extremely dirty for a restaurant with a famous linage name ! Cement walkways filthy way overdue for power washing! Manager most definitely hopeful of only drive-thru customers because the interior is shameful! Lastly yes the French fries were hot! The store needs a hot mopping & deep cleaning ASAP!

I go to the drive thru ask for a chicken sandwich, and they said they can’t put chicken on it. Because apparently they had no chicken . I thought this was Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Every time I go to this KFC the person taking order is ignorant!!!

There is something always wrong with the order!!

Oftentimes the order is short chicken, gravy is running over inside the bag ect.

For now on, I will make sure to check my order before I make it back home!!!

Very not satisfied!!! This food is too expensive for this nonsense!!!

The dining room is dirty. Stains and grease on the floor. Service is scratchy.
They forgot one of the two orders that I paid. Food comes out in perfect temperature. Taste is good.

This place is extremely filthy, the floor feels like it has been mopped in fryer grease, I did a mobile order. I arrived about 10 minutes after the app said my order was ready and it still wasn't made. Penn Hills unfortunately only has two decent fast food options. Rally's and Arby's.

Always forgets items for the order. Always out of certain items. One of the managers just argued with me because they forgot my kids jr fry’s last time i ordered food. She stated my name wasn’t on the list of the people who stuff they forget. Having a list of all the people’s items that they forget every time someone places an order should tell you enough of how unprofessional this establishment is. After i stated it was a different manager i spoke with she become rude, erratical and started talking crazy and disrespectful to me about a jr fry. I would have not come all the way over there to lie about two .99 cent fry’s that they forgot. I politely asked for my money back and went next door to Wendy’s. I will be calling tomorrow to discuss this issue with a different manager because the one who was working evening shift should not be in charge and doesn’t know how to communicate with people correctly.

Drive through was disappointing today. I ordered a $9.00 3 piece chicken tender meal. The size of the tenders were more like the size of chicken nuggets.

My order was not complete. All of my sides were missing on a family meal. They only had breasts and two tiny wings. I tried to call the store. The phone rang thirty times, then hung up. The second time I called, it sounded like I was routed to a foreign call center. The second visit was worse than the first. The order was so messed up, I had to go into the store. The worker was trying to tell me it was right. I had the food and receipt in hand, proving it was not. It was eventually corrected somewhat because I was done with the matter at this point. Both times, it was Drive through with a wait of 25 minutes and 32 minutes. I don't want any part of KFC anymore. The food and the service have changed so much. The container of chicken had a ton of grease at the bottom. I used to love KFC . It's no longer the same. I doubt that I'll ever go there again, and most definitely, not the one on Rodi Road in Penn Hills.
