The man with the tattoos on his face was yelling at fellow coworkers and about being slow , complaining about orders and overall made the atmosphere hostile . I totally get being busy and a lil stressed but this was embarrassing.

We placed our order through the drive-thru. An employee spoke very nicely and promptly with us, but they were low on one type of chicken so would substitute another type of chicken, and the French fries had a wait so we got a different side instead. We really liked the flavor of the chicken and the biscuits. The corn was decent. We did not like the mashed potatoes and gravy.

We purchased the game day wing box. We were asked to wait it would be about 5 minutes to cook the wedges. When we got home we realized The nuggets had to have been cooked in the morning and had been sitting around all day. They were hard and not eatable. The wings were dry and old. The wedges were the only thing that were semi eatable. It doesn't matter how late it is if you are going to be open you still have to follow good food practices and have fresh, quality food. Will not be going back to this location.

My first online order was today picked up at 4:00pm. I ordered a variety 8 piece bucket BUT I got all dark meat….2 of my family members hate dark meat ! This might be my last order !!! Very disappointed !!!

LADIES DO NOT GO HERE!!! Went there with my 15 year old cousin and the men in the back were being extremely creepy and weird. They wouldn't hand her the tray of food until she responded back to their weird comments and when we decided to leave because we were so uncomfortable they gave us attitude and even more weird creepy comments even as we were basically out the door. Will never go there again because we were genuinely sp uncomfortable and scared as the restaurant was completely empty so it was just us vs all the men in the kitchen. (Also we ha s asked for takeout and made it very clear we wanted it to go and they still gave it to us for take in)

We went to the drive through Saturday Food was fine but When we ordered we were to,d our bill was $36 Senior discount was applied When got to the pick up window we were told our bill was $40 They young man at the window said the discount “didn’t apply to you” We are obviously seniors I felt like something else was the reason.

This spot is one of the best locations ever. The employees are hardworking sweethearts too— they even recognize me and remember my name! The food, while certainly not fine dining, is always warm and fresh. Again, it is fast food but the service is fantastic and food is too. Everyone needs to recognize these hard workers. They feed us!!
