I tried Knossos for the first time today. And,wow, was I blown away. I had the pierogi gyro with lamb. Some of the best take out I've had in a very long time. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The lamb was tender. Perfectly seasoned. I will most certainly be back. Thanks for providing yet another phenomenal restaurant in Dormont!
There were 3 of us and it was our first time eating at Knossos. I was in the mood for a gyro, and wasn't disappointed. We had the classic gyro, a hot dog, and we shared a large order of fries. Everyone enjoyed the food. We enjoyed talking with the new owner and wish them all the best.
I liked the Gyros here and I'm not one who normally likes them. The service was great and I will definitely come back. Small business is what makes dormont so great and especially with ones that have been open for so long.
