Absolutely love this place. The service is always quick and the quality is always amazing. I have never once received a bad drink or wrong order. The staff is always kind and friendly. Favorite boba/tea place ever.

Nasty. Our barista was kind but not in a helpful way. They didn't seem to know any combos that would taste good. I let them know my niece and I were new to boba making and they didn't seem to help at all. So ours were nasty š¤¢ I mean ewwn when I came back to fix hers they were kind enough to fix it so 3 stars. Lol.

I get boba tea pretty regularly and this is the worst one Iāve ever had. The boba was hard and the tea itself was not very good. Itās also very disorganized in there with a lot of boxes everywhere and not an inviting environment

Used to love this place and always stopped by after dining in the area. My milk boba tea was as thick as a milkshake and when I commented on how it didnāt taste right the workers asked me if I wanted to buy another one. Super disappointed in the customer service.

Teas are ordinary, prices are not bad. One of the teas they serve they advertise that they use fresh orange juice but in reality they use concentrate orange juice.

Absolutely unprofessional staff.
05/30 walked in around 9:30pm. As soon as we walked in, one of the staffs (the young guy with glasses) made a derogatory comment on us in chinese, which I heard and could understand. It is as bad as calling the N-word.
I confronted the staff afterwards and told him I heard and understood everything. He was clearly embarrassed yet claimed it was a ājokeā.
Not expecting this to happen in squirrel hill. I urge owner of this shop take action.
