More like the Conveyor of disappointment. We went at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon and there was hardly any sushi made. And nothing was marked raw or spicy. When I asked, they said it’d be wasteful between lunch and dinner to have a lot made. I agreed M-F, but not on the weekends. They said we can order anything on the digital menu. That turned out terrible because it’s bolted up high and very difficult for everyone to read except whoever is seated inside the innermost positions. Then they get the lucky honor of typing the whole tables order on the dirty touchscreen. All 5 of us left hungry and went to Cheesecake Factory.

Love this place. Doesn’t serve the same old sushi as every other sushi place. The wasabi is also great not the plain green horseradish paste most places serve. Our host / server Lucas was very friendly and approachable. He offered a ton of personal touch attention to many tables.
